  Unfortunately our last encounter with Moslbee was not very professional or positive. This will be our 3rd time using their services on a referral. Poor communication, poor work, poor follow up. Not who I would want to represent my company with future clients.

  The roof was repaired before due to a minor leak. Unfortunately, the leak appeared again in the exact same place. During my conversation with the staff member whose phone number ends in 0284, instead of understanding and resolving the issue, they started arguing and did not want to listen to anything. In the end, they simply dropped the phone call while continuing to argue. The company also could not simply find the source of the leak. There was no understanding of the frustration caused by having an active roof leak damaging the property. Absolutely disappointing customer service and experience.

  We bought a house with a new roof installed by Molsbee Roofing. Within 18 months, the roof started leaking in multiple spots causing interior damage in the home. The roof is under a 5 yr warranty, but since the home has changed hands Molsbee has refused to honor the warranty. In addition, the company also refused to supply us with the language in the original contract where it states that their obligation to live up to the warranty does not apply to the roof in case the house is sold. Buyer beware!

  For a company who prides itself with their slogan “a company with integrity “, they forgot an integral part of doing business “customer satisfaction“. 8 months to do the job! We kept quiet. I had a flat tire, gutter destroyed ( they credit us $275 toward it), curb side destroyed ( they credit us 1k toward it). Second floor a complete disaster. They re-plastered & painted. Looks worst then before. All we asked was “put an aluminum strip to take care of the problem “. Nope! We paid them in full. Three weeks later, waiting for them to fix the problem. Shame. We wish we never hired you.

  Molsbee Roofing “A roofing company with integrity” right up until the point they actually have to be responsible. I had to get a new tire because they seemingly can’t do something so simple as to not leave nails laying around. The owners response was “I don’t want to pay for a new tire” guess what? I didn’t want to have your nail in my tire. I didn’t want to have to get a new tire but had to because the nail was in the side wall. I didn’t want to have to sit in a waiting room for three hours to have the tire replaced. I didn’t want to have to continually call your company looking for you to do the right thing, and get the same answer which was no answer at all. If you read this and decide to move forward with this company you better hope you don’t have any issues because if you do don’t expect them to do the right thing as Molsbee Roofing has no integrity.

  Molsbee Roofing prides itself on a clean and tidy work process. To that end, Molsbee Roofing runs industrial magnets around a client’s yard after a reroof project in order to try, to the best possible extent, to remove any nails from a job site. This process is not done by many roofing companies. To that end, we do our utmost to retrieve any and all loose nails, we can only do our best. As it is, Molsbee Roofing can not be held liable for nails in tires, a nail can enter your tire anywhere and at anytime along your journey through life. And it’s not justified to assume it was the roofing company doing work on or nearby your house. We wish you well and hope you will utilize Molsbee Roofibg in the future despite the nail in your tire.

  From the sales call to the final wind mitigation inspection. This company is there every step of the way. We got other quotes and they weren’t the cheapest but also not the most expensive and I believe I got more value from Molsbee for less than some of those more expensive quotes. What stood out, respectful, professional employees. Clean yard and job site. I highly recommend them for your next roof replacement! Call Merrick!

  After getting a few quotes for Roof replacement I went with Molsbee roofing on the recommendation of a coworker who had previously used them. Ronner and Matthew were very attentive and they made sure that whatever issues had arisen they were dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to replace their roof

  I had an amazing experience with Molsbee roofing Co and their staff ‘Nicole and Matt’. They were very responsive and stepped in to help me right away after another roofer failed to even start the job. Nicole and Matt kept me up to date on every single step, as well as Merrick Molsbee. Permits and inspections were completed without any delays, it was a smooth transition. They checked in with me periodically. Whenever there was a delay, i was informed right away, and the actual job was completed quickly. I am very happy with the results and i highly recommend them.

  This was a great service for a fast roof replacement. From contract setting to permit and throughout all the process the company maintains the client informed. Price is very reasonable and the work is spot on. It’s easy doing business with this company. Highly recommended!

  Molsbee did such a wonderful job. I definitely will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. We had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier. Mathew was great to work with. He was super helpful and didn’t sugarcoat anything very honest guy. He as well always responded in a timely manner. We will use molsbee again in the future.

  Merrick has been fantastic and a very responsible person. His company and employees are very professional. Every step of my roof replacement went well. All promised times were met. Their price was very reasonable. My wife and I are recommending this company to all of our neighbors for the exceptional work that they had done for us. Our friends are very receptive to this company due to our satisfaction which we have relayed to them.
