  Be extremely careful. Cheaper doesn’t necessarily mean better. I hired this company to do a roof replacement. Had to correct their work multiple times as they would repeatedly make mistakes and try to address those mistakes by doing “hack jobs”. More recently, I found that I am still having a roof leak. Contacted Miguel and first thing he wanted to find out was if someone had been on the roof recently. Seriously! They were supposed to come and address this. No one showed up. My only recourse is now to go through legal procedures as I have little to no faith that this contractor will do what is necessary to address this. For the untrained eye the job may look nice. However, the workmanship is not good. I work in a field that requires attention to details. So naturally for me, the devil has always been in the details and I was present during the whole process. They even cracked some of the fascia board while ripping off the gutters. Scraping and scratching my garage doors, Roof tiles missing proper attachment points, etc… Just be careful. I regret not going with a more season company even if it had meant paying a bit more. You cannot put a price on peace of mind..

  Laila the gatekeeper was terrible rude. The owner should analyze who is the person who takes the calls, you could be losing a great client. Terrible service.

Your number comes up as spam (689-219-8050), we call back and a robocaller answers. Do you not have anything better to do with your time instead of trying to ruin a company’s reputation that we have worked so hard for? We are a family owned/run business trying to put food on table for our families. This is very unprofessional and childish of you, especially since you did this twice with two fake Google accounts.

  Jayne, again we apologize profusely for you not receiving a call back when you were counting on us. As we explained, unfortunately we had a serious emergency with a member of our team needing medical attention immediately, so that took all of our focus. That most definitely does not excuse us for not calling you to keep you updated on the situation until the following day, but nevertheless it is the reason our attention went to making sure our team member was getting medical attention at the time. We are a family here at Superior Roofing and in that moment, we needed to drop everything and put his health and well-being ahead of the business. I sincerely understand your frustration that we did not call you sooner to notify you, but our individual focus was on our employee in that moment. Of course we understand your decision to take your business elsewhere, and we wish you all the best. For other potential customers reading this, please see all of our other reviews clearly stated by our wonderful customers that have actually worked with us, and you'll see that this situation was most certainly an anomaly.   Superior Roofing of Fla was excellent to deal with. They worked with me on pricing. They showed up as promised on time. The job was completed in a timely manner. Miguel was so nice to work with. And they delivered what they promised.

  We were under the gun to get a repair done on the roof to get the house done for closing. Miguel responded quickly to my request and even though the tile on the roof is no longer made he managed to find some and get the job done. Thank you, Miguel.   My shed was leaking from the roof, but we couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. I called Superior Roofing and within a week we had a dry shed! Miguel and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done quickly. I would recommend Superior Roofing for any roofing project. He has very reasonable pricing also!

  Awesome! Showed up and had a temporary repair, then I discussed the replacement of the roof. Had an estimate and a plan in my hand the net day. Within 2 weeks I had n entire new metal roof. Just Awesome

  I just replaced my roof and Superior Roofing was amazing from start to finish. From installation, inspection to clean up. They were very professional, competent, capable and skillful.
