  I had a really strange experience trying to schedule a meeting for a quote. I called the main number and it seemed like it went to a call center (not a local office). He asked me all sorts of questions from the start, my name, address, email, phone (normal...) then he started asking when I get home from work and I asked why he was asking that, he said to schedule my quote, so I told him that I work from home. Then he asked me when my husband would be home (I had not mentioned that I have a husband), I told him that I am home all day and that I can schedule any time around my work. He then asked again when my husband would be here so that he could coordinate when to send someone out. I told him that I don't need my husband here for the quote that I am capable to do it myself, he kind of chuckled and we continued to schedule a time. Then right as we were about to hang up, he said AGAIN "Make sure your husband is there when we come out." So many things... 1) I may not even have a husband 2) I can certainly get a quote without my husband 3) It's not 1965, women make their own decisions 4) When I tried to stop him assuming that my husband needed to be there, he had to get the last word in and brought it up again! I'm cancelling my appointment. 2/20 UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: Triumph reached out to me the day after I booked my appointment and asked me about my experience and profusely apologized for my experience. They told me that they have addressed the issue and have since not used the same scheduling service. I let them come out and quote me for the project and they have gone above an beyond to help me find the best solution for my budget, which was to refer me to a contractor that can help me repair instead of replace my gutters. It is rare that a company will not only reach out to the customer to address the issue, but then go beyond to rebuild the relationship.

You are correct it was a call center and he will no longer be answering the phone because it is not our culture and not a good representation of our company.   Our experience with this company was a total nightmare from day 1. Every single part of the process has been an ordeal - misleading sales reps, numerous installation delays and mix-ups, poor quality products and workmanship, and most frustrating, a completely screwed up billing process where we heard nothing from this company until YEARS after the work was complete. DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I personally came to meet you to resolve your issues and thought that we did in fact go above and beyond to make it right so I'm very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction all this time later. I also apologize for you not receiving our communication and bills all of these years and I do understand how surprising and frustrating it can be to have a bill you did not know about suddenly come to your attention. I will continue to improve and learn from my mistakes as I promise I in fact did learn from your feedback back then and implemented several changes to get better.   Horrible experience, my roof leaked after 24 hours of the new one being put on :(

  Hi Renee, I'm so sorry to hear of your disappoint. I checked the file and I see that you did have a roof leak from a broken vent. I see that we quickly replaced it and offered to repair the water damage from the leak. The file said you were pleased with the response time and the roof at that time, other than the bad vent of course! Please advise how we could've helped or what has changed to make you feel this way since the roof and leak were resolved back in June of this year. We thought we left you being happy with that solution at that time 6 months ago. My company is committed to being the best and want you to be happy so your feedback helps.

  Triumph was stellar! My roof had some missing shingles and upon further review, the previous homeowner used a not so good contractor to replace the roof when I bought my home. We noticed subpar workmanship, exposed nails, etc. While other companies wanted to replace my roof entirely, Brad/Triumph were the only company that was honest with me, and let me know that it wasn't necessary, and gave me other options for repair. Gave me straight forward pricing, and scheduled the repair within 24 hrs. His PM Jared maintained great communication, got everything handled, and the workers doing the repairs were professional, courteous, and left my property clean! I couldn't recommend them more... They are the type of contractors you keep saved in your phone & share with friends and family. Thank you Triumph for the stellar service!

  Great experience! Everything from preplanning to the day of the project was flawless. I worked with Ryan and Jared. & they made the process easy & seamless. They worked directly with the insurance company & even offered suggestions that I eventually went with (onyx roof color). I also appreciate their cleanup process. I couldn't tell they were ever here. Their costs were a bit higher than other companies I quoted, but insurance covered all & left my deductible for me to cover. Overall, I chose to ho them because they constantly communicated with me without being overbearing. I definitely recommend them!

  I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Ryan and the team at Triumph Roofing. Ryan has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and passionate about what he does, and it’s easy to see how much knowledge and experience the company brings to the roofing industry. One of my favorite experiences was attending a networking event Ryan invited me to where he gave a presentation about roofing materials and the industry. He even brought actual roofing materials with him, turning it into a hands-on “show and tell” experience that was both educational and genuinely fun. It was such a refreshing and interesting break from the normal workday, and you could tell he truly enjoys teaching others and helping people understand the work they do.   I have had two roofs replaced by Triumph and have been more than satisfied on both occasions. On my home Triumph recommended a schedule 4 hail resistant and solar vents. While upgrades the value far exceeds the minimal extra expense. On my rental, after a storm, Triumph quickly secured my roof and then worked diligently to convince my insurance company to replace the entire roof. As before, the work was done effectively and on schedule. I can recommend Triumph without any reservation.

  They did a great job on the roof. I was very satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond to get my roof up to code with ventilation and fan replacement. The only drawback was they don’t do facia replacement and the company they put me in contact with to do it came out and looked at what was needed, but never followed through with an estimate or work. They did have a guy who did the gutter work that was needed. The gutter company exceeded my expectations.

  Triumph roofing is my go to for all roof repair. They’re always quick to respond, address my concerns, and provide the most reasonable prices over personally come across. I highly recommend them for your needs. They’ve taken care of all my roof repairs small and large.

Texas heat is hard on your roof. Here's what's happening up there. A dark asphalt roof in a DFW August can hit 160°F. That heat dries the oils out of your shingles, makes them brittle, and curls the edges. It also cooks the attic underneath, which shows up on your energy bill.
