  This company was sent out by our insurance company. Incompetent people and a huge waste of time. Don't waste your time and money with these people!

  Unfortunately, Apple Roofing’s warranty is unrealistically limited. Last summer, I had my roof repaired by them for hail damage. Last week, we had a windy day, nothing extreme, and some of the shingles came off. Reportedly, their warranty does not cover “acts of God,” including wind. Interestingly, none of my neighbors had any issues with their roofs. The response we received felt dismissive. It raises concerns about the quality or durability of the previous repair. I believe Apple Roofing had an opportunity here to stand behind their work and show care for their customers, even if the situation fell outside of strict warranty terms. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling unheard and unsupported.

  Apple roofing formerly known as Crest roofing. Put a roof on my home after hurricane Harvey. A year later the edges started coming up. I called their headquarters for help and they told me they didn’t have a crew in my area anymore that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager They put me through to a young man named Logan who actually laughed at me about my situation. Luckily I had kept the number for one of the agents that was working in Victoria after the storm and called him. I found out that there were several other houses in Victoria that Apple had done with same problems and he said he would try to help me After 8 months they finally admitted our roofs were put on incorrectly and paid to have everyone’s roof,s replaced By then I had a lot of damage to my ceiling. I turned in estimates for them to repair it but they ignored my request If they had fixed it when I first reported it there wouldn’t have been any damage. Now I have a leak again. It’s still under warranty but I dread contacting them and going thru this again. I have to look at my damaged ceilings every day. - it still upsets me. State Farm paid them a lot of money for my roof. Just wanted to post with the hurricane that just happened. Beware of roofing companies not from your area. Their warranties are worth nothing

  Logan Graff was our primary contact and did an outstanding job. He get us updated on a daily basis with both via email as well as videos. At the conclusion of the project he provided drone videos of the finished product.

  The work was performed quickly and very well. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly as well. I am very satisfied with the roof and gutters. They will also be replacing siding, which I expect will go just as well.

  Truman and his team have been really great to work with -communication, craftsmanship, and follow up. When additional need for work was discovered, they were fair and honest at all times. Really a great company to work with for roof replacement and guidance on tradeoffs when looking into upgrade options.

  The crews that took care of the roofing, siding, and window wraps did a great job! They worked steadily, cleaned up any debris, and worked hard through the winter weather.
