Contacted them for a quote for gutters and fence came out and took measurements but never heard from them again I even called them multiple times they said will get back to you. It’s been A MONTH waiting just for a quote. Terrible customer service would not recommend they will just waste your time very unprofessional. Called another company came out the same week and knocked out the job. Stay away from these guys.

I can’t recommend this roofing company enough. They are the only roofing company I trust and the only one I would recommend to my family and friends. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly meticulous with every detail. They took the time to explain everything, never tried to upsell unnecessary work, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Their workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and they truly stand behind their work. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in delivering high quality results, this is the one. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.!

Igor, Ivan and their crew at Imperial Roofing were superb from start to finish. Igor answered any questions I had, Ivan was available every step of the way during the roof installation, and their crew worked from 6am to 9pm in the heat to get the job done. I’m very satisfied with the customer service they provide and quality work they did, and would highly recommend Imperial Roofing.

We had wind and hail damage to our home and Allstate was trying to lowball the claim. I searched for a highly rated roofing company and found Imperial Roofing and Construction. Igor, the owner, inspected the damage and told us there was way more damage than Allstate was saying and helped get independent appraisers involved to resolve the difference in appraisals and was at the house at every appraisal to ensure all damages were evaluated. He was very patient and steadfast in helping us get the claim resolved. We now have a new upgraded roof, as well as the other repairs needed to be done with quality crews performing the work. Ivan, one of his project managers, also came by several times during the process to make sure everything was being handled properly, even handling some of the physical work personally. I and my entire extended family will be customers for life.

  Reply from the business

Igor standing his ground on the real extent of that hail and wind damage, then being at the house for every appraisal to make sure nothing got overlooked is exactly the kind of advocate you want in your corner, Christopher. Getting the claim resolved fairly and topping it off with an upgraded roof and quality crews is a great outcome, and it's good to hear Ivan stayed hands-on through the whole process. Earning a customer for life, and your whole extended family, means a lot to the Imperial Roofing and Construction team.

HIGHLY recommend Imperial roofing! From my initial call requesting a quote to the completed job, both Igor and Ivan were extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Igor even looked through our insurance policy before the job to help us understand our options. The day of the job, their team arrived early and had the roof completed before the day was over. These guys are the real deal, if you need a roof I couldn’t recommend them enough.

  Reply from the business

Igor taking the time to go through your insurance policy before the job so you understood your options, that's the kind of communication that makes all the difference, Daniel. A roof installation crew that shows up early and wraps it up in a day is exactly what you hope for. We're glad Imperial Roofing and Construction could deliver on this one.
