  Was told a follow up inspection would be done and they set up a time for the inspection. Took off of work to be home and no inspection and no call

  Set an appointment, explained that I have a tiny home 2yrs old with a metal roof, leaking coming from a vent in roof. I received a call hours later asking if I have an attic, when I said no, I was told they can't help me because they can't access my roof without an attic for safety reasons.

As I'm sure you can understand with any new employee, even with training, it can take a little bit of time for them to know all the ins and outs of construction and what we can and cannot do. We will use this as a learning tool and try to do better to prepare our people.

  I had Firehouse come out do to the entire roof on my house (7/18/25). While the roof itself seems to have been done properly I was left with a tar stain in my driveway. The crew manager knew there was a stain on my drive way when he left at 5:30 from my house while the crew was still working. During follow up conversations he said “I saw that stain and I told them to clean it up but I guess they didn’t”. Firehouse sent someone out twice to attempt to clean it up and I still have a stain. They were supposed to arrange for a professional power washing company to clean my drive way on Monday (8/4/25), it’s now Friday (8/8/25) and I still have a stain in my driveway. No one from Firehouse even called to check or confirm that the issue was resolved, or to find out if the company even showed up to do the pressure washing. I never saw anyone and my drive way looks the same as it did. My lawn is also now dying in the same area because all of the degreaser and cleaners that have now been washed off my driveway into my grass. I also continue to find nails in my driveway, after looking into it myself I noticed that they had completely failed to pick up any roofing nails in the front of my house and both flower beds. I pulled 30 nails out of my flowerbeds last night when the roof was completed a month ago. Since my driveway was supposed to have been cleaned up on Monday, I haven’t received one message from firehouse other than auto texts wanting me to pay them the remainder of the insurance money for the roof because they checked with insurance company to see if the funds were released. So they can’t check with the customer to make sure their damaged is fixed but they check with the insurance to see if they can get paid. I’ve been very unimpressed with this company and the service I’ve received and will not ever be using this company again.

  Tree fell on roof. Firehouse came, got out of van, and was interested in giving me gutters, even before inspection. Estimated cost was more than twice as much as others. Used another roofer.

  I had a great experience with Firehouse Roofing. I really enjoyed working with Sterling,I found him to be professional very knowledgeable and courteous. I explained an issue with my Roof that he had a solution for. He also showed me work I needed in some other areas. I had a great experience with Firehouse Roofing and I would recommend to my family and friends.

  Jeff from Firehouse Roofing made a follow up inspection of my roof work which included 7 pipe jack covers and a power pole cover. FHR did an awesome repair of the roof pipes and power pole covers and decking seal. They even replaced a 2x4 section of roof deck due to moisture induced rotting found at the power pole. I greatly appreciated FHRs work on my roof, and am very pleased with the photos that they took before and after the repairs. Jeff further explained the work and I highly recommend FHR and their work crews as they are top notch, efficient and trustworthy ! I also appreciate that FHR sent Jeff to confirm the quality of the work performed. Jeff was my roof advisor from start to finish. I appreciate that kind of follow through ! Juan
