We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and try to go above and beyond to make sure all of our customers are happy. As a referral from a current customer we tried to help you: As a same day appointment request the day before Thanksgiving, we tried our best to accommodate you given a two hour window that you required. You asked us to come out and price gutters on a house you were looking to buy to help you negotiate the price lower, also stating you had no intention of following through with using our services and repairing the gutters. We informed you that our representative’s were busy that day and would try to fit you in. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so in person. There were several attempts to calm you but we were unable to do so. We actually gave you the answer you needed over the phone with the technology available but that was not good enough for you either. Our office staff spoke to you several times, along with our representative trying to appease you but nothing seemed to make you happy. Wish we could have come to a better conclusion.

Greg is just kind person who just wants to do what is right and that is a rare thing. All the other contributors I asked for project estimate tried to make the issue was 100x worse than what it actually was. Greg must have saved me at least $4000. Very honest and genuine guy.

Envision is a great company. They installed my roof and have helped me with other projects since then. They are responsive, stand by their work, and are a pleasure to work with. Zach Guay and Jose Gallegos are my contacts there; both of them are excellent.

The only roofer of the dozens that came by this year who was patient and professional. Envision has been helpful in the past with minor repairs and they did a great job replacing our roof! I appreciated all the effort to protect our plants, windows, and other property. Most companies don't go that extra mile. I enjoyed working with Zach who explained everything in detail and worked in all of our requirements.

These guys were great. Zach accompanied the whole roof replacement, answered questions, dealt with insurance and the city for inspection. Crew was great and friendly. Highly recommend.
