  Encountered the rudest sales person going door to door. He was on his phone complaining and cussing about a prior house, when I opened the door and told him we have a no solicitation sign he became hostile and told me it’s not soliciting it’s just him giving me a business card. I proceeded to tell him that is soliciting and he became more rude, telling me to go read a dictionary. I have video recordings of the encounter if the business is interested in seeing it. Will never do business with you guys purely based on his behavior.

  I had a random call this morning for free roof inspection since there was hailstorm last Monday. An inspector came in hours later and showed me photos of my property. He shared his evaluation but did not give me estimated figure. Then he described the claim process. I explicitly asked if it is initiated by me, and I heard yes. No other question received at that time. About hour later I received notification that claim is filed. I emailed the inspector that I didn't give any permission to do so, but I received response that I said yes to file claim to him. There was no question on my intention and he falsely described the interaction. Any business should not be manipulative and impact is on consumer.

  Infinite Roofing disappointed us. In the beginning, they seemed pretty responsible about getting the job done, but once they found out they were not going to make as much as they would have like to profit, we never again heard back from them.

  I would never do business with this company again....they're workmanship was ok and would fix issues but ONLY if you identified them and made them fix them... then had several subcontractors they hired to do aspects of the job and never track or managed when someone was coming to do the work and NEVER checked on the quality of work the subcontractor preformed. Which highlights my point that you HAVE to inspect ALL the work after this company finishes. They're customer service was horrible, one rep would say one thing and another would say something else, just an overall lack of organization within the company. They said it would take 1 day to remove and replace my solar panels and it took almost two weeks, then they said they would compensate me for the cost of my utilities, THAT NEVER happened...plus they were supposed to fix a water hose spigot, but that never happened either... If you want to be your own general contractor and thoroughly inspect every aspect of the work this company performs, then you picked a good option, but if you want a company that you can trust to address you issue's and not try to cheat you, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

  Garrett Akers has been outstanding to work with. I am a lawyer. But he really gave me great advice in working with my insurance carrier and gave great guidance on various parts of the process. I’d like to think that in my line of work, I give great advice and I feel comfortable saying I can spot others who do so as well. Highly recommend these folks.

  There were some initial issues with the roof installation that we only found 2 years afterwards BUT as soon as Infinite Roofing learned of the issues they came out and fixed everything free of charge, no questions asked. Thank you, Joe!

  This past spring we experienced a roof leak and a representative from Infinite Roofing came to take a look and performed a minor repair free of charge. While on the roof they noted what they identified as significant hail damage and advised the we file an insurance claim. Our insurance company declined to cover the damage repeatedly. Thanks to the expertise of Infinite dealing with insurance claims they represented us and fought the denial. Ultimately the insurance company wanted to bail out, but Infinite used Texas law and an independent umpire to force the matter to a positive result. Because of Infinite's intervention, technical support, and knowledge of the insurance industry we received an insurance settlement with adequate funds for a full-roof replacement, including gutters, garage door, metal roof overhang,  and wooden fence staining. Not only did they manage the battle with the insurance company,  but they managed every aspect of the repair work with a superb group of related subcontractors with reliable expertise.  We are really pleased with the quality of the workmanship, products utilized, scheduling, and project management.  Great communication throughout the relationship. We were never in the dark about what was going on or the stage of the process. We would highly recommend Infinite Roofing!

  Ax was super helpful throughout the whole process. He talked me through everything. The contractors he used for garage door, gutters, and fence staining were top notch. The roofers got everything done very quickly with very little disruption inside the house. Cleanup was top notch. Thank you Ax I honestly don’t believe the customer service could have been any better!!

  Infinite Roofing GC replaced my roof yesterday, and did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, (at like 6:00 in the morning), got the entire roof replaced with excellent quality materials. I got the top quality shingles and the work was excellent. I was very happy with them. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my property and nice to me. So great job guys. I will recommend you to anybody! If you need a new roof, call infinite Roofing GC! They'll do a great job for you and tell him Pam sends you!

  Infinite Roofing did an excellent, professional job. Isaiah Brown was very good at communication concerning the status of the job. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. The job involved removing and replacing solar panels. All went well with no problems. The roof looks very nice. It was a pleasure working with Infinite Roofing.

  We just had Infinite install an entire new hvac unit at our home. The professionalism and expertise of the techs, and the point of contact Jeff were all greatly appreciated. The techs did a great job sealing the area of the coil; they did did quality work. And Jeff explains the process extremely thoroughly and was communicative throughout the entire process.

  Everything was excellent. The gentleman, Brown Isaiah, is truly an amazing person to work with. He is very kind, honest, and carries himself with a sincere and respectful attitude.   We worked with Isaiah Brown at Infinite Roofing and he was GREAT. Everything was on time and he was there every step of the way. We can’t say enough about how smooth he made the process of our roof replacement. Especially with the “de-install” of our solar panels to their re-install - it was amazing.   Isaiah was phenomenal! When he spoke with us he was knowledgeable, patient and explained every detail. He worked with us to explain and went above and beyond in regards to the professionalism, customer service and quality. He never pressured us, he followed up and everything that was discussed prior to the work commencing was completed. Each and every contractor was superb! The roof was completed in one day and the area was cleaned up tidy. The roof looks amazing and was done correctly and in line with the estimate. The work was also completed in a timely manner. From start to finish it only took a few weeks to complete the roof, fence, drywall and more. I’m so satisfied and pleased with the service we received. I’d recommend Infinite Roofing to any individual and Will absolutely use them again in the future!
