The only one or two-star review we hold for Trinity Exteriors LLC.

Owner kept putting things off with off with us and our insurance adjuster. We were told things take time and the adjuster wasn’t returning phone calls. almost 2 months go by still waiting and nothing. No calls, no emails, no calls. I guess that’s what you get for going with a junk mail ad. Luckily I know a good contractor 😀

It is always our goal as a reputable business to make our customers happy and in the rare case they are not satisfied, it then becomes our goal to work with them to resolve any issues. In this instance, there are several factual inaccuracies to this review that need to be disputed and most importantly, we have never had any interaction as a customer with Crystal Cuffley other than a recent, lengthy text message stating that among other things, she "will make sure nobody is referred to your company" but blocked our immediate phone calls and texts to attempt to have a conversation about this. Any and all work discussed initially was with her father. We advised the actual customer upon initial review of the property that it was unlikely due to the age and condition of the roof only being about 7 years old and improperly installed originally by another contractor that it would be covered by any type of insurance claim other than a minor repair coverage which probably wouldn't be worth the claim. However, the homeowner wanted to file the claim and we agreed to help in any way we can. We met with the insurance adjustor and as we expected, the adjustor denied any merit to a full insurance claim due to shoddy workmanship done by the original installer and this was conveyed to the homeowner. ***The homeowner obviously has access to the insurance adjustor's findings where this is stated.*** We were willing to follow up with a repair but there was going to be a direct cost to the homeowner. There may be other contractors out there willing to commit some sort of insurance fraud to enable customers to file an unjust claim, but we can assure you, we are not that type of company. We wish you luck with your "good contractor", but hopefully for your sake, it is not the same contractor who did the work several years ago and if it is that company, I would hope they would have fixed their work for free.

I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience working with Trinity Exterior! From negotiating with the insurance company to executing the project, their professionalism and efficient communication stood out. Nick, in particular, went above and beyond by helping me identify a leak under my kitchen sink—such excellent service! I highly recommend them for any exterior work you may need.

Adam was professional to deal with and the whole crew worked tirelessly to create a beautiful finished product. They cleaned up EVERY shingle, nail, etc., and left no trace that works had been done other than the perfect roof. Definitely recommend!
