  Posted in 2020, but added new pics I found while cleaning PC: I have wanted to post a review about this company ever since we worked with them in May 2018. The experience was so bad that I had to move on, but I am now ready to share our experience. We had a roof leak and all was good at first with setting up our job. But the roof was patched with mismatching shingles (last photo). Then it started leaking again. It started sagging in and we were told that the contract didn't specify adding a board. We had an appointment to fix it and they forgot about us and had to reschedule. Every time I tried to talk with the supervisor I was given the run around. They got it fixed the second time and the worker even cleaned out part of our gutter. Then when it came time to patch the drywall, the worker left a mess. There was drywall EVERYWHERE. I asked him to please cover the blinds because we just put them up and there was drywall in the top of them as well. The workers were all nice but I would never use this company again.

It was only a small repair, there is only so much we can do to a roof that 25 years + old. We only charged you for the first repair we did not for the second or third repair we did. In regards to the mismatch shingles those are in result of how old roof is and there is nothing we can do about that, the color you originally had no longer exists and we informed you about this before the repair was made. Also the interior damage was already there before we had made any repairs to the roof. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at the number I have provided above !

  Based on previous work, we provided a positive review of House Transformers, Inc. when called by potential customers. Regrettably, we no longer recommend them. Last March we started a project with a deposit. The completion time has come and gone multiple times over several months. We have attempted contacting the company by phone repeatedly over several weeks leaving messages with the answering service. We are disappointed a company we trusted based on previous work ignores our calls and messages.

  My neighbor used this company last year. I was looking to get my roof replaced & saw how hard they worked & how they cleaned up after themselves & was impressed. Her roof looks good…from the outside. I checked the plywood in her attic to see what was replaced & how it looked. Half had new plywood & the other half didn’t & was white with mold. There is a large square hole in the corner that was never covered by plywood or shingles. My neighbor is elderly & bedridden & had no idea what was going on. She called the company & someone came out. I showed him the problems, he agreed that that was poor workmanship. He said he’d have someone out the following week to fix the problems…that was July 27, 2022 & no one has come out to this date (Sept 5, 2022)! It now looks like black mold is starting to form ….an attorney has been hired to deal with this situation!

  I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They quoted me on some work that I was having done, but once they came out and we discussed the project, we decided to go another direction and didn't need all of the work done. However, they did not want to reduce the quote and still wanted to charge me for the full project. This is not how an honest business works. Super shady. Plus they were extremely unresponsive and have very bad customer service. Not worth using them, with so many good companies out there.

  Mr Connors, Our crew was out there in 2 days time on a Sunday at 7:30 am. Our price reflected that from the start. You sent a homeowners report and we priced our labor directly from that. Once there we solved the issue very quickly and easily because of our experience and knowledge. Regardless of how easy we solved the issues, the price was agreed upon before our arrival, and known to you. You asked for a discount after the agreed upon work was completed and then started to diminish our knowledge saying that what we did was easy so you should get a discount. Regardless of the difficulty of the job the price was agreed upon before it was done. Please note that the we did agree to give you a discount as well.

  I had previously given them a 5 star review but after the siding job they did and how I have been treated since 1 star is more than enough. I have had them out twice so far to fix loose siding and when I tried to get them out a third time they seemed to be dodging my calls. I went into the office and they scheduled an appointment which they never showed for and now I have siding falling off the side of my house. If this is not fixed I will be forced to take action against this company.

  Would love to have worked with them. Russel gave a good quote. After talking, we increased the scope and I asked for a revised quote with the extra items as I was ready to sign. 1 week...2 weeks...told the office would call to schedule that week...next week spoke to the owner who promised to get back to me that day...Nothing.

  We had to get our siding replaced, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew was professional, completed the work on time, and the finished product looks great. Overall, I had a positive experience i definitely recommend choosing house transformers.

  We had some issues with our gutters for some time now. Mainly cause where we live at there’s always squirrels or other critters getting into them and clogging the gutters up. Maddie was on the phone with us and got us a technician out there sooner than other companies we had spoken to! Definitely will be coming back for future repairs!!

  Had to have my gutters repaired. Talked to one of their workers on the phone, Maudiel, very helpful and smooth communication. Costumer service was very good, and they were very efficient in the replacement, will definitely work with again!!

  Outstanding service. Very professional, they were in constant communication from beginning to end. The crew came out and did what they had to do. There was no evidence that they were here with the exception of beautifully installed new roof. Thank you for the excellent service.
