Very disappointed with Glen Burnie Roofing. They were quick to give us a quote and agree to the job (covering two skylights) but after that, it was weeks of being pushed to the bottom of the list. They completely stopped responding to our calls and made it clear our small job wasn’t a priority for them. We were more than patient, but the lack of communication and disregard was unacceptable. If you want to know how it should be done, check my profile to see who I hired instead (a company that responded instantly, quoted fairly, showed up the next business day, and treated our job with professionalism and urgency). Glen Burnie Roofing may be fine if your job is big enough for them to care. Otherwise, expect delays, dodged calls, and being forgotten.

They called me back and said they'd get back to me soon and I have heard nothing in two weeks. Maybe they are too busy

We are so pleased with our new roof and will gladly recommend Glen Burnie Roofing LLC to anyone who asks. We had estimates from three local companies and after meeting with Mike we knew Glen Burnie Roofing was company to choose. This is a 5 Star local business!

I had an excellent experience with Glow Auto Glass! The team was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. They replaced my windshield with high-quality work, and the installation was flawless. Their pricing was fair, communication was great, and they even offer convenient mobile service. If you’re looking for reliable auto glass repair or replacement, I highly recommend Glow Auto Glass. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

A leak near my bathroom ceiling kept coming back even after two previous repairs from other contractors. These guys finally traced it properly to a hidden gap near flashing that wasn’t visible from outside. They removed the old sealing completely and rebuilt that section instead of layering over it. It took most of the day but felt like a proper fix. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected for scheduling, but since then there hasn’t been any sign of leakage even during heavy rainfall.

Great experience dealing with Glen Burnie Roofing. I received my quote in a timely manner and after giving them a notice to proceed the roof was installed very quickly, when promised, using the top quality products explained in their quote. Dealing with the office staff and with Mike was a pleasure. They both answered any questions I had with knowledge and professionalism. The installation team was also very professional and did a top notch job. After the project was complete, I walked around my house and there was not a trace of anything as if nothing had been done except when I looked up and noticed that I had the best looking roof in the neighborhood! Thanks again Glen Burnie Roofing for the great job! I would refer your company to anyone I know searching for a new roof to be installed.

My wife and I are very happy with the work Glen Burnie Roofing provided. Mike was honest, courteous, and professional from the day we met. I felt no pressure to commit and that is important to me. I was able to move at my own pace. Once, I made the decision to go forward with the roof replacement Mike was so informative about the materials to be used and the process. I felt comfortable and confident that the quality of work would be excellent and be completed in a timely manner. Thank you Mike for you and your crew's excellent service!
