  Had them out to quote a roof/ceiling repair. The guy tried to tell my wife that the issue was that we don't have a ridge vent. He refused to walk up to the second floor to look out the window and see the ridge vent that we very clearly have. Will not be having them back.

We’re sorry that our free estimate did not meet your expectations. During our visit, possible causes of the issue were discussed based on the visible conditions. However, as clearly stated in our written proposal, the source of the moisture was not represented as a confirmed diagnosis. Our estimate specifically explains that once the drywall is opened, we would inspect for moisture and venting issues to determine the actual cause before recommending the proper repair. We believe it’s more responsible to investigate concealed conditions rather than make assumptions that could lead to unnecessary work or expense. While we understand your frustration, we stand behind our honest and transparent approach and wish you the very best with your project.

  Updated Reply: Hello Again, Ms. Morgan, I'm sorry to hear you’re having concerns with your roof still. Since you have left us 3 negative reviews in the past 2 years with no effort to respond to our attempts to reach out, I would like to clear up a few important details: About two years ago, we completed a repair on a small section of your roof based on your request. At that time, we explained and showed time-stamped photos that the overall roof was at the end of its life and needed full replacement. You chose to move forward with a limited repair only, even after we explained that it would be a temporary fix and might not prevent future issues. After your original review, we tried reaching out several times by phone and email to come back out, take another look, and help however we could. Unfortunately, we never heard back. We have always been willing to meet with you and even offered a full refund as a gesture of good faith. We stand by the work we completed and by the condition of the roof that we documented at the time. The issues you’re describing now match what we originally discussed regarding the age and overall condition of the roof. That said, we are still more than willing to meet with you to try and find a fair solution. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at any time, but we ask that you please refrain from continuing to leave negative reviews of our company over 2 years later. Hello Mrs. Margarita, It has now been 10 months since this repair has been done. After leaving the review 10 months ago we tried multiple times to reach out to you with VM and email to rectify . With all due respect, Mrs. Morgan, saying that we are taking advantage of you is very offensive to us and completely not true. We actually have time stamped photos from 10 months ago that show the condition of your entire roof. Also, it has written on there the roof and chimney needs replacing .   From estimate to completion, everyone at Chesco was wonderful to work with. Communication was always open and never an issue. If there was ever an issue, Nick or Cole were on top of it and kept me in the loop. They treated my home as their own and were all super respectful of the property. The office staff were always there to help as well if I had any questions. Will definitely work with them again if I ever need anything else done.

  Great people to work with and simple process for getting my project completed. Overall process was explained to me, and there weren’t any hidden fees for the projects I wanted.   Great company to deal with . All work was done with excellence to detail. When you explain what you want it was done exactly that way. Workers were Great and very friendly.
