  I give them 0 stars if i could. Matt Didn't want to fix my simple roof job where it was leaking instead wanted to replace my whole roof the rest wasn't leaking. Matt had to call owner to refuse the job.

  We contacted Roofing Pups over a long weekend with a request for emergency service to help stop an active water intrusion. Instead of sending anyone qualified to actually identify let alone stop the source of the leak they sent a salesperson. The whole visit was her trying to get us to commit to buying a new roof and this is before anyone even inspected our roof. Highly disappointing and can't recommend for anything other than getting the hard sell on a new roof whether you need one or not.

  One of their drivers this morning on central Ave in Ridgely Md 21660 drove through a flashing red school bus while a child was walking towards the bus!! His tag is 3GJ1696 MD. While confronted he showed no concern with his smug face while vaping and rolling his eyes! If these are the type of employees this company hires then please keep your business over in VA because Maryland will be better off!! Police were notified along with video and pictures.

  I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-through from this roofing company. My neighbor, who lives two doors down, recently had their roof replaced, and several shingles ended up in my yard during the process. I contacted the company about it and left two messages over a two-week period. I also spoke with two different representatives.After the second conversation, the owner personally guaranteed that someone would come the next day to pick up the shingles. I even gave them two additional days beyond that promise, but no one ever showed up. In the end, my son had to pick up the debris himself. I made it clear that I would leave a review if the issue wasn’t taken care of, and unfortunately it wasn’t. It’s disappointing that such a simple courtesy cleaning up materials left on a neighbor’s property was ignored after multiple calls and a direct promise from the owner.

  I scheduled an estimate the sails person Jeffery was on time and very pleasant to work with. However he needed help from others to provide an estimate, this is a big job. We agreed he could come on site the next day with help without my involvement. I provided Jeffery with a diagram of the community which included all the address etc. The next day I received about 6 texts and calls from different sales people asking for all the same info I provided to Jeffery in person address etc. I believe they are attempting to use AI. I can tell you their AI system is extremely annoying to the point I canceled all future communication with this company. They just lost a 1/2 million contract. Cancel your AI response systems. Sails is a people only function.

  These people literally give your info out to dozens of other companies when you choose a different company. Theyre going to start with a bid so high you'll choose to go somewhere else. They will counter offer several thousand dollars cheaper then their first quote. They have that they call a same day offer ( gimmick) .They call several times throughout the day and early as 4 a.m. choose this company if you want to be harassed.

  I have called multiple times through this week asking for the photos of the work done on my roof that were promised when they were selling it to me. I also asked during the process. I need it for insurance. Each time they have promised to have it to me by the end of the day, but no such luck. At this point I have to assume the photos do not exist, or show something they dont want me to know about.

  The job is finally done!!!! That's why I will give 2 stars.....Here we go....PLEASE READ..... 1. At the initial meeting I specifically asked if they used sub contractors and was told no, all our direct employees of Roofing Pups....BRRRMMMP - sub contracors 2. When the employees of Roofing Pups (sarcasm) started working on my house, ignoring the city's noise ordinance, half way thru the day my son realized they were putting siding where the stone was to be installed. Had to make calls for that correction 3. The day before the job was completed I noticed I no longer had shutters, not even on the ground. I called the project manager to let him know I still wanted them and nothing was said otherwise. They did put half back, even the broken ones! I did receive new shutters that don't match! GO ME! 4. When the job was done, to their standards, I noticed crooked and loose stones. They had to come back out 3 times to get everything the way it should have been done in the first place. LAST BUT NOT LEAST.......Josh, one of the owners should definitely consider politics in the future as within our discussions there wasn't much ownership to any of the aformentioned. If this doesn't deter you then I hope you have a much better experience as others have obviously had.

  PROs I had a great experience with Roofing Pups and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a siding project. From the beginning, the team (Josh and Danielle) was professional, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions throughout the process. Andy, the Project Manager, was especially communicative and helpful. He kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and helped make the overall project feel much smoother. George, the subcontractor who worked on the project with his team, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the work and any concerns I had. CONs The project was completed during some extremely hot weather, with temperatures around 100 degrees. Because vinyl siding naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes, there were a few areas that needed some attention as the weather began to cool. Roofing Pups was responsive to those concerns and came back to address the areas that needed adjustments. I understand that some movement can occur when siding is installed during extreme heat and then the temperatures change. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and absolutely love the new look of my home. The transformation has made a huge difference, and I will continue enjoying the updated appearance of my house. I also appreciate knowing that Roofing Pups stands behind their workmanship and has been willing to address concerns along the way. I will keep you all posted as things settle. Thank you to Andy, George, and the entire Roofing Pups team for helping make this project a positive experience!
