  The roof work was done fine but the crew did not cleanup well. Guy is very disorganized and doesn't get back to you promptly. For example, I ordered gutters be done with my roof and 1 year later it’s still not done but they sent me an overdue invoice. I emailed him to void the invoice and never heard back. They also did some siding work and did not tape the area and I had to ask them to come back to touch things up. Would not recommend until Guy gets better at communication and organization- it’s a huge barrier given he owns the company. Quentin is lovely and communicates promptly.

  I scheduled two dates/time for a roof estimate and both times no one showed up. No explanation, no call, just a no-show both times. Super disappointing and frustrating because we had used them in the past 3 times though it was many years …

  I called Sue and apologized . We were out of town and helping my parents move. We do make mistakes but own up to them. We have many customers we have helped multiple times and strive to treat each customer like family.

  Caleb came out and spoke to us about a new roof. We made a plan for him to meet the insurance adjuster here and Caleb never showed up nor returned a phone call or text. This was after he assured us that he was available to us whenever we needed him. Our new roof, gutters and siding business went to another company.

  Caleb told the homeowner to call him with the time to meet the adjuster. She did not call him. He already had an appointment. Thats why we tell homeowners to have the adjuster call us to make sure we are available. We want to meet the adjuster and rescedule if we are meeting with another homeowner. We want every client to receive the best service.

  The crew worked tirelessly in very hot weather (90's). They are professional installers who accomplished a lot -in short order. The manager of the installation, Mike, we very accommodating and helpful. These guys are professional and reasonably priced.

  I had a leak in my garage coming from my roof around the dormer. The flashing/shingles on my roof were damaged and needed to be replaced. I reached out to Grussing Roofing for an estimate and they came out right away to quote the project and did a great job of explaining exactly what would be done to fix the leak. After I decided to move forward with the project, they had it completed within a couple weeks. They did a great job of communicating with me throughout the project and setting clear expectations so there was not any surprises. Everyone on their team was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am thrilled with the results. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I can tell they take pride in their work and the attention to detail was not overlooked. I will definitely be using Grussing Roofing for any roofing/siding needs in the future.

  Guy Grussing came to our home, went up on our roof and took photos of the status of some of our shingles. They were very valuable to see! Some showed wear-n-tear, others showed "holes" in the shingles. Photographic proof that our roof needs to be replaced. Grussing Roofing & Exteriors has a lot of satisfied customers; they just did a promotional film about a home whose roof was replaced 3 times by Grussing over the years. The current homeowners are very pleased with the work done and the crews. They are a strong family-owned business.

  Garrett did a great job capping my furnace chimney. Nice young man! He not only capped it, he painted and caulked it to make sure I would not experience future leaks! I would highly recommend Grussing Roofing!
