  I don't know how this company has so many good reviews, I guess we just got very unlucky. My husband and I bought our house on July 4th weekend of last year, and due to insurance requirements the sellers contracted this company to replace the flat roof due to old age. They replaced the roof and it immediately started leaking. They came out again to "fix" the problem and the damage it caused to the inside of our house. They laid down some putty that was supposed to seal the places where the water was seeping in. I guess that only lasts about a year, or it's not meant to hold up against heavy rains, because the roof has started leaking again into our living room. They were also supposed to fix the pitch of the roof so the water would run off, but it still just pools in the center. We are still under warranty with this company and I don't even want to use them because I don't trust their work. They also sent out three guys in some beat up unmarked van to do the job after the owner/manager(I can't quite remember) called me himself to assure me it would be okay. It just didn't seem very professional and as young homeowners this has been super stressful and disappointing. Maybe since it was a small job they didn't send their best, and we would've gotten better service if it was a full replacement. The only thing that would make it better a this point would be to refund us some of the money we spent on the original job, but seeing as it was a year ago that is doubtful.

  They spam blast you with SMS texts if you’re a broker and you can’t opt out. If you’re a roofing company, try LSA (local service ads), google paid PPC ads, Thumbtack or SEO. Agent text messages do not work and only annoy people.

  Trimm Roofing completed a commercial roofing project for us that required them to remove the previously completed poor work and then re-do the entire project. They came in late in the original project and successfully re-did everything with new warrantied materials and the final product looks amazing. We went from having regular water leaks to an absolutely water-tight roof in just a few days. Their speed and professionalism was above and beyond what we had experienced in the past. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

  Trimm was excellent when we needed a roof after Milton. They were quick in obtaining prrmit, scheduling and installing the roof. Cleaned up very well. Pricing very competitive

  From start to finish experience was phenomenal. John Carter and his crew did a fantastic job not only putting the roof on but added to new gorgeous skylights. They were extremely fast finishing in one day even with all the wood that needed to be replaced from water damage. They cleaned up throughout the whole process.   My sister is a realtor who had some clients use Trimm Roofing and they had nothing but good things to say about the company. I was able to get a quote very quickly. No upsell, they simply let me know what options were available.The quote was so reasonable that I went with two available upgrades. They pulled the permits very quickly and got me scheduled to begin the roof. The workers were very professional and made sure to thoroughly clean everything up when they were done. I am so happy with my new beautiful roof and Trimm Roofing will be my first recommendation for any one I know that needs a roof.
