  Absolutely horrible company. Do not trust them at all!!! Paid $20,000 (even though it was higher than other companies i trusted them) and my mom’s roof has continued to leak and has caused her significant damage. My fiance who did roofing for years went up there and pointed out how horrible they did, even charging her for plywood they didn’t bother to replace!!! It makes me so angry that these people would take advantage of a single woman living by herself for a paycheck. The won’t return her call and when my fiance who again has many years of roofing under his belt tried talking to them they immediately passed the blame onto something else. They lack integrity and they don’t deserve anyone’s business. so now my single mom who worked so hard for 20,000 saving money for years is just out that money and has to get a new company to replace the worse damage they did. Leaking inside and making her drywall soft, horrible people. have nothing nice to say about this company.

  Hello Ms. King, I have dug deeper into this issue and the resolution lies with the HOA who has a contract with the roofing company who first installed your roof. Please contact your HOA. They should able to help.

  Got a estimate to replace our roof. My husband and I were about to sign the contract and my husband discovered they had an additional 1200 dollars hidden in the contract. If we hadn't read it we would have had to pay the extra 1200 on top of what we agreed to. Be careful of what you are going to sign. Read read and make sure of what you are going to sign . To say the least I was extremely upset. I didn't take them to be shady. The guy who gave us the quote was on our roof twice and should have seen we had more than one layer of shingles. He didn't even know how to calculate our peaks in the estimate. People be aware.

  Sylvia, That clause in our contracts includes the possibility of removing multiple layers of shingles to account for the extra work that it would require.

  The response is misleading. High tower got a claim denied, which according to the “contract” which is in fact an illegally executed assignment of benefits because it did not include the statutory language, explicitly states if a claim is denied I am no longer held by the “contract” A private agent unaffiliated with Hightower roofing and an attorney also unaffiliated with high tower completed the work to get the claim partially paid and we’re paid for the benefits as owed. I have detailed all of this and the appropriate statutes in response to the threatening emails I have received. The sales representative that came to my house almost a year ago has begun threatening me because we are having work down with a different contractor

  Joe, I am glad you are satisfied with the work that was done on your roof. When you reached out about the damage to your driveway, we contacted the company that dropped off the materials right away to make sure they took care of it. They have assured us they would be in contact with you this week. Unfortunately, we have no control over their crews and any damage they cause. We are glad you called about the materials that were left in your driveway; the foreman came out himself as soon as he heard about it and removed it. As for the wood, our foreman was in communication about what was needed throughout the project and all materials were noted in detail in the final invoice which was paid without any complaint or mention of a discrepancy.

  After being fobbed off for almost eight weeks, where they never showed up for scheduled appointment, pretended that they had emailed a quote, and then ignored subsequent attempts to reach them, they finally blew me off with a fake excuse. They came recommended by a neighbor but the only thing I would recommend to anyone about these guys is "give them a wide berth". As unprofessional as they come.

  No integrity- my roof was installed in 2016, it cost 16,000. I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. I have had numerous leaks, the shingles are molding and seem to be warping. The skylight were never finished and are of inferior quality compared to the ones that they replaced. I have been going back and forth now for years. Hightower is now stating it was my chimney’s fault for the leaks. The plaster is now falling from the ceiling and has left holes exposing attic. My only recourse now is legal action- don’t make the same mistake I did - don’t trust anything Mike tells you-

  After a very heavy rain storm, I had some leaks coming from my ceiling. Ben from High Tower came out the very next morning and was extremely helpful and reassuring. It ended up being a very small problem not requiring a roof fix, but his promptness and friendliness means I will definitely be reaching back out to High Tower for any future roofing needs.

  From start to finish , the salesman to the installers it was a pleasurerable experience. Even with 34 sheets of plywood replaced the crew was finished including cleanup in a day

  We couldn’t have asked for a better company to replace our roof. We bought our 100 year old ranch house a year ago knowing the roof would need to be replaced at some point. Insurance made that process faster by dropping us right before hurricane season. Saw the reviews, got several quotes from other highly rated companies in the central Florida area, and Trey came out to run the numbers. His quote was ~10k less than the others so we went with them and so glad we did. The decking crew led by Louis went above and beyond and their quality of work was proof that they cared about their work and it wasn’t just another job. The metal crew knocked everything out quickly and beautifully. Two weeks after meeting with Trey for the first time, we have a brand new roof and insurance on our dream house again. They are life savers.
