  Firstly, NOBODY called/emailed prior to arriving at my home (that day nor prior) which we had left for errands. Talked to the man standing at my ring camera wondering what service he was indicating. He parked outside my home on the street, so his company vehicle wasn't visible. He proceeds to tell me he is there for the periodical inspection. Not sure if he even performed it as I wasn't home nor given a heads up to be there as someone would be trespassing from the company.

  Got a new roof, looked good. 2 weeks later we had some wind from a hurricane, maybe 100mph gusts top. A brand new Florida roof should have no problem with that. The skylight filled up with water. RIG said they wanted another $3500 to replace it and that it was "storm damage" so not covered under your warranty. I found another local company that did it for $600. I expected more from a $25k investment.

  Roofs for everyone should treat customers better! Here to address an urgent issue with our copper line, which has caused us to lose our A/C. Despite a 30-minute conversation with the owner, they refuse to take responsibility for the damage and insist it's our responsibility to fix it. An A/C company has quoted over $2,000 for repairs, and the owner seems to be framing any assistance as a favor rather than taking accountability. We are left without A/C, making our home increasingly uncomfortable.

  RIG did a fantastic job on my Mom's roof at the right price. The staff were all really amazing during the process. Elijah also did a fantastic job looking at another roof for us ! I definitely would use them again, great staff, quality work, kind employees.

  RIG is an awesome company. The level of customer service is amazing! I deal with Fransico & Erika all the time for the HOA's and Condo's we manage. They deserve more than 5 stars.
