  Update 12/16/2024 - It's been nearly two years and we have had Musick out almost a dozen times to try and fix ongoing leaks, starting just 4 months after they put the new roof on. The leaks are still there. Since October, they haven't returned my calls, texts, or an email to the owner when I ask for an ETA for a repair crew for the latest leaks from Oct 1st. I would be happy to amend this review if Musick made me feel they were committed to honoring their workmanship guarantee, but as it stands now, I can't recommend this roofing company. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (2022) We quoted out several companies for replacing our 16 year old roof - all of which were recommended and popular in the area. One company required bundling gutter cover replacement with the roof job, for a hefty additional fee. Both this and another company came in very high on price. Musick came in, was good on price, offered choices for shingles, had a great warranty, and didn't try to upsell us. They were able to do the job while keeping our existing gutter covers. They also were able to handle our sun tunnels just fine (another roofer said he always replaces them and rolls the cost for replacement into the job). Musick did the job in two days, and were tidy & responsive to our requests. Its hard to find roofers you can trust and ones that won't gouge you on price. I feel like we've found that with Musick!

  Ian, I apologize that your experience with us was less than excellent. I felt that every time you contacted the office we Worked diligently to meet with you and get these resolved. I am sorry that there were things that were still left undone. And if there is anything that we can do to get this buttoned up and 100% for you, we would love to do it. You do have my cell phone so please feel free to call or text And I will make sure we get that wrapped up for you. You have a beautiful home and historical combs can be difficult, but that is not a reason for us to not give you excellent service. Please let us know if we can help any further.

  "This will hurt me, more than you." - Roof needed repair. Musick Roofing Co was "highly recommended" by a friend who is a realtor in our church and Tampa Bay area. Called. Called two (2) other options. Musick came to home for estimate. Out of all three (3), Musick provided the most detailed and lowest price. Choice Musick. Crickets. Yes. No further contact after we said; "Yes." We had to call Musick and ask when, if they were still going to repair our roof as agreed. Gave us a vague date/time. Cleared our calendar for it. Date / Time came and passed by, quickly without any communication from Musick. Called later, same day. All of a sudden, Musick wants to come out the next day. It was a Saturday. We made it clear no one would be home. That we would prefer they not come, Saturday. Saturday came. We were away from home. Musick shows up. Through our security system, at least, we were able to attempt to speak to the roofers. But, none spoke English. They tore up our yard. Damaged ground lighting. Then, could not start repairs, for they did not have proper instructions on what was to be repaired. We gave them one final chance. It was agreed that they would return the following Monday. Cleared all Calendars, once more. Waited. No Show. No Call. After a time, we decided to call Musick, Cancel them. One of the owners emailed to apologize. We will not recommend Musick Roofing Co to anyone. We chose their competitor.

  Roof was just replaced 7/22/22, today is 7/23/22 major leak.. today, 7/24/2022 Mike reached out and had someone out this morning to repair the roof. They will be back tomorrow to finish the job.. Thank you Mike!

  Loved the roof. There was an issue with the roofing job being pushed back and not any communication about it until I called looking for supplies. They also call and harass for the payment immediately. Our roof just passed inspection Friday(today is Wednesday)and I have gotten a minimum of four calls and two texts, my sister has also received both. I have already talked and explained I was ordering checks to send payment. Not very happy with the customer service aspect and for that alone, I would not be recommending them or be using their company in the future. The company should also remove their ridiculous 3% fee for debit card payments if they want immediate payment. Hardly anyone uses checks anymore 🤷🏽‍♀️.

  I had a leak around one of my bathroom exhaust fans. I called on Sunday evening. They had a technician reach out to me by 8:30 Monday am and he came at 10:30 and inspected & repaired the problem. I highly recommend this company!!!

  Steve Straub from Musick Roofing came out after hurricane Milton and inspected my roof. He was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He went to do a roof inspection on my neighbor’s house and assured my neighbor that he just needed some shingles replaced that came off Siri g the storm. Two other roofers, who went around in the neighborhood told my neighbor that he needed a NEW ROOF. Well he didn’t and thanks to Steve he saved himself about $25,000, that’s the difference between an honest roofer and thieves. Thanks Steve Straub, you are awesome 👍👍👍👍

  Musick Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Zac was courteous, professional and very patient during the months prior to the installation of the roof. He kept the communication open and fluent. The company completed the work in the time agreed upon and left the site clean afterwards. Price was fair.
