  Chris is very professional and cares about his clients. My repair however, is not so good. After at least 3 attempts I am still getting water through my bedroom ceiling.

  Hi Catherine, we left you a voicemail today. As Chris had mentioned, the leaking is not coming in from anywhere near the repair area. I know leaking is very frustrating and we will try to diagnose the roof leak to offer a repair to this new area. We have reached out to explain this further, please call our office at 262-679-6100.

  Update: they fixed the issue below. It took about a month, though. — original review—- Three of my neighbors have their roofs replaced by this company. So I chose them despite it wasn’t the most competitive price I had. They are very professional in their communication and handling cases. But the actual work completed by their subcontractors are not the top quality. I have my roof replaced with them since it was aging but not leaking. Now I have a roof that is pouring all the water to my front door instead of gutters and I am sure it will leak sooner than my older roof. Their subcontractor handled the standard sections well but messed up the valley section, which was the only ‘unusual’ part that should have been taken care of. It has been a month and I am still waiting for their action to have this fixed. I won’t work with them again for sure. Despite my negative experience with them, they deserve 3 stars because they follow the contract. They are not rejecting the responsibility, but not addressing the issues promptly.
