Horrible experience. His workers replaced shingles over rotting pieces of wood on the roof and admitted that they had previously done this before on other roofs. I had to hire a lawyer to make sure it was corrected.

At that time, a recently hired employee inadvertently stepped through the edge of a decking sheet. Unfortunately, the employee chose not to report the incident which led to his dismissal shortly thereafter. This was an isolated incident, and any claims that it has occurred more than once are unfounded. Given that Ms. Visser resides in Florida, she understandably wished to have a representative present while we addressed the issue. Due to inclement weather and the unavailability of her proxy on suitable days, this was rescheduled several times. After we were reported to the BBB, we decided it was best to cease direct communication and allow our legal counsel to handle the matter. Despite further rescheduling due to similar challenges, the issue was ultimately resolved. Please note that this incident took place approximately two years ago and is one of several negative reviews on this matter that we had hoped would no longer be a concern.

Work was completed on-time and when scheduled. Invoiced amount was higher than estimate with less work being completed than estimated. Communication was poor and rude at the end during payment.
Reply from the business
We were on time and completed your repair exactly as promised. The final invoice was the same as the originally estimated contract you signed. Regarding the “less work” statement, we were efficient and precise which saved time. Since we spent less time than you thought we should have do we deserve a lesser amount? So that would mean if we worked longer than estimated we should charge you more? We sent two emails you never responded to concerning the project, we called, and finally text without any response.

I had a profanity lashed conversation with Michael this afternoon. Please take that into consideration when doing business with Tri Cities
Reply from the business
Mr. Markey, that's quite an exaggerated claim. We’ve done exactly as we said, the bottom line is we have no control over distribution lead times but you wouldn’t accept that and called it BS. You’ve REFUSED TO PAY for windows that are now installed on your home which I called BS. You can’t just decide not to pay for them just because it took longer than you’d have liked.

Trinity roofing did an amazing job putting a new roof on for us. We also had them do new gutters with leaf guard for us as well. The new roof is amazing and ties in with an existing metal roof for our porch. Giving these guys a big thumbs up and 5 stars

Went with Tri Cities Roofing to Replace a 20+ year old roof on a recent purchase. They were able to get the desired shingles and finish within little over a day on a larger roof. Clean up was good and they were able to address anything I brought up quickly.

This company is wonderful. The workers were polite and hard working. They put a new roof and gutters on. I thought the price was very fair. The owner is very nice and easy to get a hold of, he explained every detail. Work was done in a timely fashion. If you want a great job done, call them. Reda Green

I requested a quote online to replace some fascia that had been blown off during a recent storm. Nathan responded and we scheduled a day for him to come out and inspect the required work. Nathan came out, inspected the required work and I had a quote the next day. My home was built in 2015 and I had some concerns that the matching fascia would not be available. As it turned out, Nathan was able to find a match. After some weather delays, the install crew, Antonio and Luis came out and did an excellent job! Even though Tri-Cities has a $1250 minimum, they worked with me and did the job for much, much, much less than that. Thanks guys, appreciate your help in taking care of my problem. Good job all around.
