So unimpressed with this company. Ive never seen such a rude crew in my life. Just to name a few problems they've cause a couple units to have water damage ( one unit over 3 times now), are yelling in the halls, have worked till 12am on a Sunday, are parking in Tennants paid parking stalls even when told on multiple occasions not to. If you want headaches, stress and property damage this is definitely the company to hire!

A Transcona Roofing truck was driving like an idiot down Goulet St on July 21 around 9:30 am. There was an emergency vehicle stopped in a lane and rather than slowing down to let cars merge, the driver sped up. Really classy look!

Company gave us a verbal quote and send an obscene invoice. Their staff sat in a metered vehicle and billed us for the time they spent smoking. I would not hire this company, and if you do, get a quote before using them.

Poor customer service. Called on a Thursday's to get someone to come out & give an estimate. I was transferred to Kyle who said he would be out late Friday or Monday morning. I waited till 4 pm on Monday and nobody showed up. Also my phone call was not returned when I called to enquire. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The receptionist asked me where I got the phone number, other marketing questions. I said I would like an estimate first. She then said they aren't accepting new clients at this time. I found that quite rude as a company should always be …

HI Karen - I apologize for your experience. We have updated our internal procedure to make sure that wont happen again - we shouldn't have asked you marketing questions if we didn't have the capacity to complete the work during the season. We appreciate the feedback.

A big thank you to Transcona Roofing for the excellent job done on our cottage. We are located on the Winnipeg River near Great Falls. Derek and his crew Tanner and Anatoli showed how a well groomed team should work together. The rolled roof turn out fantastic. The team kept the job site super clean and and organized and were very considerate to minimize any disruption to our routine. Derek’s attention to the smallest detail was very much appreciated , he really knows his stuff. I am left with total confidence that our roof will perform perfectly for a long time even under harsh conditions we get being in our location. Thanks to Rich and his office crew for their help with scheduling and keeping us updated. Everything went smoothly as one could hope for. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again. Louis Patenaude

Derek and his team did an outstanding job on our roof. He went the extra mile to point out the steps needed to bring the roof up to today's standards. I would have no hesitation to call him or the company in the future to look after and maintain our roof. He goes out of his way to ensure the customer is totally informed.

I’ve worked with various trades for nearly 40 years and I’m very aware that there are some contractors that have little professionalism and even less developed skill sets and dedication. The good news is that Rich and his team at Transcona …

I would like to thank Transcona Roofing for the amazing shingle re-roof job they did on my house. Once the shingles were removed they found that the substrate was badly damaged and had to be re-sheeted. This was done right away and made my roof look perfect. Thanks to everyone at Transcona Roofing I would highly recomemd them.

Transcona Roofing was easy to work with from the initial roof report to the invoice for work well done. Special shout out to Derek & Noah who worked hard and kept us informed of progress until the building roof work was completed.
