  I hired this company to replace 3 missing shingles. Instead of doing the requested repair, their subcontractor performed an unauthorized and structurally defective job by gluing shingles over the metal apron flashing, creating a reverse lap that traps water. When I pointed out this building code violation and asked them to expose the flashing correctly before payment, the owner refused to fix it. Instead of acting professionally, they sent insulting text messages (see attached screenshots) and baselessly threatened to void my warranty and file a lien. Avoid this business if you care about the structural integrity of your roof and professional customer service.

The damage to your roof was caused by the contractor you originally hired to remove the shingles—not by Transcendent Roofing. As a courtesy, we referred you to an independent subcontractor so you could have the repairs completed at a lower cost. That subcontractor was not employed by or affiliated with Transcendent Roofing. Any work they performed was done under a separate arrangement and was not work contracted through our company. We always encourage customers to address concerns directly with the party that performed the work. We stand behind the work we perform, but we cannot accept responsibility for repairs performed by an independent contractor who was not working on behalf of Transcendent Roofing. We wish you the best in resolving the matter with the contractor responsible for the repair. Call the contractor that was referred to you Chillo at 512-659-5890

  We had a horrible experience, feel like they ripped us off. We complained and withheld payment for a week hoping to get the issue resolved only to get a threatening voicemail from the owner. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for your roofing needs.

  Stan Tait and Elisa Tait called us give a quote on the items found during the inspection so that you could sell your home. We gave you a very reasonable quote and you accepted it. We did everything on the quote as agreed but you would not answer phone calls or emails for weeks. Your closing was coming up in a few days and it appeared as though you were hoping to get your home sold without paying your bill. Im sorry but we cant run a business this way. We do the job we say we are going to do for the price we say we are going to do but we also expect to get paid for our work.

  Following hail damage, I hired them to repair roof on my house (home for 21 yrs); insurance covered 98%. Previous to work being initiated, I asked to have a ridge vent cut /covered. This was not done. They removed 2 functioning attic fans and added 4 new attic fans but they did not run the electrical wire to make them functional. Also, one of the new fans had not been securely installed -required another visit. The vent pipe for the hot water heater was not installed correctly. The vent pipe had pierced a small plumbing line (ice maker) and this resulted in flooding of garage and drywall damage to hot water heater closet. This required another 2 visits to repair dry wall damage. They did Not repair the damaged water line and their failure to secure the vent pipe has led to an infestation of mice in me attic & garage

  John, We went above and beyond with you. Including our patience when you did not have your deductible after the job was completed, writing us a hot check, the constant payment delays etc. There was also the question of the water damage in which there had already been major leaks in the area and rotted decking but we fixed it without questioning if it had been there previously. Installing a ridge vent was never in your quote and was not recommended nor was your insurance going to pay for it.

  Had a new metal roof installed. Transcendent gave a competitive bid. They were not the lowest price but were extremely responsive. I did a lot of homework and had detailed questions about the product. They answered quickly and thoroughly. Will is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you hire them and get to work with Oscar you will enjoy it. Both of them coordinate well with each other and kept me informed.

  These guys did some major repairs on my roof that I’ve been leaking for a long time. They were professional and cleaned up well after the job was completed. Most importantly, the roof does not leak anymore. I highly recommend them

  We had an amazing experience with Will at Transcendent Roofing. The process was super simple and straight forward, with zero surprises. Will was great throughout the entire process. Super responsive to all emails, text messages, phone calls, and answered all of our questions very promptly.   I recently had a leak around my skylight after getting a new roof installed by another company that refused to honor their warranty. I suspected the flashing wasn't done correctly, so I called Transcendent Roofing for an inspection, repair quote, and a defect report my lawyer had requested. Yes, I was planning on filing a claim against the original roofer. Will came out promptly and inspected my roof at no charge. He was professional, honest, and thorough. After checking everything, he confirmed that the workmanship on my roof was solid and that the issue was likely just degraded sealant between the skylight panel and the metal frame. I was relieved to hear the roof was in great shape and that I wouldn't need to take legal action against the other company -- good riddance to them for ignoring my repair requests! Will clearly explained my options: replace the skylight, remove it altogether, or try a simple "wait-and-see" fix with new sealant. He never pressured me one way or another, and when I asked how much the quick fix would cost, he just smiled and said, "No charge." Within the hour -- after a quick trip to Lowe's for sealant, on his own time and dime -- he was back up on the roof applying new sealant around the skylight frame. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and fairness. If the leak ever returns, I'll definitely be calling Will and Transcendent Roofing again. He also pointed out that it might be time for some masonry work around my chimney, since he noticed a few holes in the mortar. What a great guy. Thanks, Will!

  I have used Transcendent Roofing for metal roofs on two homes and a carport and they did a great job from start to finish. This week they replaced my old skylights with new ones and what a difference it has made. ( did I mention I love my metal roofs?!?)

  As a normal procedure in getting anything fixed with my home, I get at the very least three quotes. I then do the research on the companies and then decide on who I will use. From the start , this company and its people were the best. The price was good, the scheduling -fast and the work done was very professional. Will, the main contact was someone you felt you can trust from the start till completion. I highly recommend this company for a new roof.
