  Jake Willbanks and the Transcend Roofing team really made the impossible possible for us. We had been struggling to get our roof approved, and with it being over 20 years old, we honestly thought we were out of luck. Jake came out, did a thorough inspection, and worked his magic and got us approved. Today we officially have our new roof installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole process was smooth and easy, which made a huge difference for us as homeowners. Jake and the whole team were professional, quick, and kept everything moving without making it stressful.   I had an outstanding experience with Transcend roofing systems throughout my entire roof replacement project . From the beginning Chandler McMinn was exceptional. He worked directly with my insurance company, Allstate, and when my claim was initially denied from another roofing company, Chandler went back to Allstate and provided the documentation and evidence needed to demonstrate that my roof had sustained damage and required replacement. I also worked with Grayson McCart, chief of operations, who helped coordinate with my HOA to ensure the shingles were approved and met all requirements. His communication and professionalism made the process smooth and stress free. Ben Fuentes, the on site project Project Manager, did an excellent job overseeing the installation. He made sure everything was completed correctly and to the highest standard. When the project was finished, my property was spotless- there wasn’t even a single nail left in the yard. In fact, they left the area looking better than it did before they started. The entire team at Transcend Roofing Systems was professional knowledgeable, and committed to customer satisfaction.   Transcend Roofing Systems replaced our roof, working with our insurance company every step of the way to make sure all damages were covered.
