  I have a very nice sign asking for no soliciting and no door to door salesman and yet I come home to trash on my door. The only thing your advertising did was make sure we don't use you. Please understand that even the no soliciting sign at the front of the neighborhood is an indication we don't want you to do this and to interpret it otherwise is blatantly disrespectful.

  Cobb, you are right to expect a posted "No Soliciting" sign to be respected. I apologize that our door hanger ended up at your home. Inspector Roofing and Restoration does local roof inspection outreach in Alpharetta and North Atlanta, but that outreach should never ignore posted signage. I am reviewing this with the canvassing team so the address is handled correctly going forward.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5+ Stars I can’t recommend Inspector Roofing highly enough. After switching homeowners insurance due to a significant unexpected increase, our new insurance company gave us just eight days to replace our entire roof or they would drop our coverage. We were shocked and immediately began contacting roofing companies for help. From my first conversation with Lindsey Nasser, she was understanding, patient, and genuinely concerned about helping us. She quickly arranged an inspection and thoroughly explained the process and our options. Erick Thompson performed the inspection, and the level of detail was exceptional. His report included approximately 40 photos from the roof, each with individual descriptions and findings. Having worked as a project manager for an electrical contractor and prepared proposals professionally, I was extremely impressed with the thoroughness of his report. What impressed us most was their honesty. Inspector Roofing could have easily recommended repairs or a replacement that would have resulted in business for them. Instead, after inspecting the roof, they strongly recommended to our insurance company that it was in good condition and did not need repair or replacement. We submitted their report, and within 24 hours, our insurance company reversed its decision. No repairs were required, and our coverage remained in place at the original quoted rate. Richard Nasser, the owner, also joined several calls personally to offer guidance and advice without hesitation. After everything was resolved, I called to ask what we owed them. The answer was nothing. They never asked us for a dime. Honest, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and kind—that’s how I would describe Inspector Roofing. When we eventually do need roofing work, there’s no question who we’ll call. A sincere thank you to Lindsey and Richard Nasser and Erick Thompson for going above and beyond for our family.
