  I had a terrible experience with Rock House Roofing after they replaced my roof in April 2020. A persistent leak appeared in September 2024, and while they initially came out to apply a sealer, the issue wasn’t fixed. They then claimed the leak wasn’t covered under warranty and quoted an outrageous $1,000 to replace the vent stack—a part that should have been addressed during the original roof replacement. This feels like an upsell tactic rather than a genuine solution. To make matters worse, I had unresolved issues from 2020, including misplaced 2x4s in my attic, which they promised to fix but never did. Their lack of professionalism and attempts to pass off additional charges for issues stemming from their work are incredibly frustrating. I strongly urge anyone considering Rock House Roofing to think twice—they are unprofessional and fail to take responsibility for their mistakes. Response to owner. Legitimacy of Reviews: I want to emphasize that all my reviews, including this one, are completely legitimate. There is nothing false or misleading about voicing my personal experience. Suggesting otherwise feels like an attempt to dismiss my concerns and intimidate me, which I find deeply disappointing. 2. BBB Complaint: Your claim that the BBB dismissed my complaint is incorrect. My complaint is still open and under review. This misrepresentation does not reflect well on your commitment to transparency and resolving issues. 3. Legal Implications: I find it unnecessary and unprofessional to bring up potential legal implications in your response. As a customer, I am entitled to share my experience publicly without fear of harassment or threats. 4.   Good evening, I would like to point out that there appears to be a consistent pattern of one-star reviews associated with your account. While we value feedback and encourage open communication, it's important to note that false or misleading reviews can have serious legal implications. It is disappointing to see this response, especially after the BBB dismissed your complaint. It seems you have now chosen to use Google to voice a false complaint. Regarding your roof replacement, it included multiple upgrades at no additional charge, such as improved underlayment, shingles, ice and water barriers, pipe boots, metal caps, and other code-compliant items. At the time of the build, the HVAC stack base, which was not approved by insurance for replacement, was not identified as an issue. This component, now approaching 25 years of age, has only recently developed problems. While components of this age can sometimes exceed their expected lifespan, they are also prone to failure over time. It was explained to you that if the issue was unrelated to the roof itself, it might not fall under the warranty. However, we offered to provide a repair estimate if necessary. When our technician visited your property, they attempted a free repair to assist with the leaking issue in the metal stack base. Unfortunately, when this free repair proved unsuccessful, it was determined that the base required replacement. You were informed of this conclusion and expressed appreciation for the technician’s effort. Additionally, you requested an estimate for the replacement, which was promptly sent for your review. It is unclear how we could be perceived as "taking advantage" when we provided a free repair and have remained willing to assist. While our technician initially expressed uncertainty regarding the source of the issue, we followed a process of elimination to determine that the leak originates from the base of the stack.   Rock House Roofing is awesome. The quality & skill, in all regards, is extraordinary. We had various issues that needed detail work. The team was amazing. Heather helped coordinate & walk us thru the process with care. Marco & the team on site did ALOT of work, very quickly! I highly recommend this company. As said in the Lego movie song, "Everything Is Awesome"! 😎

  Excellent customer service! Heather and her team came out same day after a storm knocked part of a tree onto our house. She worked with our insurance company on our behalf and helped streamline the process. Our new roof and gutters look amazing!

  After the last hail storm in June, Alex and Chris stopped by my home to assess my roof for damage. They identified several areas with both wind and hail damage. I contacted my insurance and after I filed a claim, the process was pretty smooth. Alex was the POC and he kept in touch with me through the entire process. The roof looks great and I’m very pleased with the outcome. The only hiccup I had was on the original date the roof was supposed to be done, the laborers decided not to perform the work due to the possibility of rain and they just left. However, it actually turned out to be a perfect day. Nonetheless, we rescheduled for the following week. Great job overall and I highly recommend working with Alex and Chris!

  We discovered a water spot on the ceiling and went into attic to find a wet spot. We called Rock House Roofing. Chris Schwarting was in contact with us very quickly and made arrangements to come out 2 days later - he looked at water we discovered and outside - he discovered a metal piece sticking up from roof and felt if we removed it and sealed it - the problem would be resolved. He did that quick work for us (less than 10 minutes of work), but charged us nothing (wow - rarely do companies ever do that). Of course we will continue to monitor to make sure this resolved the problem. If not, I will be calling Rock House Roofing again! Thank you for the professionalism and help!
