  If you’re going to this company for the Roofmaxx foam to rejuvenate your roof, just don’t. If you want to know what it’s like, just take about $7k, set it on fire and then go buy a new roof and that will still be less of a hassle then dealing with this company. Customer response to the company: The name was Margo Prince. That is my mom. I am leaving this review because we both live in the house and I paid for the treatment because she couldn’t afford it. Your salesman Matt is the one that called it a ‘foam’ so maybe you should inform your own salesman better. He’s also the one that told us our decking was in great shape and would last another 12 years easily, which was not the case at all. The initial quote for a new roof that was given was $22,500 so we chose the $7,000 spray option because it was more doable at the time. Definitely won’t make that mistake again. We have had multiple leaks since the spray was done, barely 2 years ago now and you have made an excuse every time as to why the leaks weren’t covered. Then you tried to fool us into thinking that you would put a new roof on for $14,000 and that was supposed to include the credit from the money that we wasted on the spray, which it doesn’t. That was not a deal at all. We are having a new roof put on Friday with the decking being replaced along with some extra stuff that was needed because your workers did a horrible patch job the last time that we called about a leak. They left huge gaps all around our fireplace which the new roofer took pictures of and showed us. A local roofing company with 60 years experience is giving us 50 year shingles, everything new underneath, and a 10 year workmanship warranty for only $11,000. Do not fall for any roof rejuvenations. We have been informed by our new reputable roofer that this is nothing but a scam and it’s sad that these companies are able to take people’s money like this and leave their customers with a disaster. It’s a plant-based oil treatment designed to restore flexibility to asphalt shingles — so the description in your review doesn’t align with the actual service.   Our salesman from guaranteed roof Jamey Green was good at handling all the problems with the poor quality and sloppy workmanship of their employees. if it wasn’t for Christian coming out almost a month later to address these issues, I would not even give them one star.

  I think that my roof was sprayed with water. I never saw differences in the color and the installer was finished so fast that I feel like they just took thousands dollar with no concern with the work. I would not recommend to anyone. It would help their customer services if they reach out after the services is completed to customers.

  My experience with Guaranteed Roof was Anxiety for me. They were called to repair a roof leak and I got a Roof Rejuvenation as well. It took several different workers coming out as well as several months before this leak was fixed. I spent $1,500.00 to get my ceiling repaired, and $1,000.00 was wasted because the leak was not fixed. I cannot say that my experience was good because the experience I had caused me Anxiety and Money. So far there has not been a problem with my roof.

  They are the worst company I’ve dealt with. They left footprints all over my roof and then accused me of going up on the roof and walking around-I’m 56 year old woman! Then they wanted to collect more $ from me to fix it. I was going to sue but found a company that fixed their mess reasonably-not worth my time. Beware!!

  Guaranteed Roof did an excellent job replacing my roof in Milledgeville, GA. I was especially excited about their selection and quality of shingles, and how they matched the home.   Had my 10 yr old roof shampooed and then received the roof max shingle treatment. WOW, what a difference it made. My roof looks brand new. The mildew stains were gone and the shingles flattened out and settled in place nicely. The Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the service.

  Prompt arrival. I was notified 2 hours prior. The process was explained to me in detail. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The roof cleaning was incredible. The after coating looks great. I am very pleased with the results. My roof looks almost brand new! I will recommend Roof Maxx!

  Excellent process start to finish. Representative gave us a thorough explaination of the product, process and warranty. No Pressure.
