  Very unprofessional

Dear Miss Hall, I read your review and I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. My son and I spent the entire Sunday looking through all the estimates for the past two years. We also checked all the emails sent to us and sent out by us for the past two years. We even checked the phone memo books, again for the past two years. We did not see your name, Monica Hall anywhere. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at 770-271-8338. My name is Russ, the owner. Thank you so much. Hope to hear from you soon.

Beware of this company! I have been scammed by this company and the owner is a very loud bully who tries to intimidate when confronted with his incompetent work. In 2009 I contracted Perfection Roofing and Siding to replace the torch on roof on my house. My roof is a low slope roof. At the time they were doing business in Victoria Canada. About 2 years later I began to observe water dripping down behind the facia board all around my house. When I went up on the roof to inspect, what I found shocked me! I immediately saw where they had tried to drill out the torch on membrane over the existing downspout outlets, they had missed either completely or partially in all the downspout locations. This resulted in very restricted water drainage and water ingress around the cut out area which had been left as it was, a mess. I drilled out the torch on material properly so the water could flow off the roof properly, and patched the ripped/untreated edges around the mostly ripped up holes Perfection Roofing made in my roof. If I can, I will attach pictures to this review clearly showing what I found when I went up on my roof. Late in the project back in 2009, Perfection Roofing and Siding owner advised me his metal brake was unserviceable and would be unable to install new metal drip flashings around the perimeter of my roof. Because was included in the contract the contractor knocked 300 bucks off the agreed price and he tacked the old metal drip flashing in place, scratches and dents and all. He understood I would replace them with new flashing at a later date. After finding the downspout holes partially ripped out in all the wrong places, we lifted off the old roof edge metal flashing and discovered that the felting had been cut short of the rail board. This explained the dripping water I had observed behind my facia boards and through my soffits post Perfection Roofing's abortion of a roofing job. The installation is so bad that after 9 years the entire roof requires

Jordan stopped by the house when I was looking for contractors to replace my roof and siding. He was courteous, professional, and didn't sales pitch me. He told me exactly what he thought and what it was gonna cost, and we had a discussion about my concerns and desires and gave me by far the best quote out of any other contractors I had recieved. Jordan stayed in contact throughout the whole job and solved any and all issues. The roofing, siding, and painting teams were efficient, respectful, thorough, and fully communicated concerns as they came up on the job. Any unanticipated concerns were discussed and remedied without issue. Perfection is a small business with the very minimum of overhead, which is exactly what I want. I don't need the roof and siding "experience" that many other contractors make you pay for. I want a contractor to come out, give me an honest assessment in a reasonable amount of time, do their work by the book, and I don't want to pay for 5 other employees/departments I didn't need to get the job done right. During the whole job I spoke to Jordan (the rep), work leader (Hilario/Fabio/Cortez), and the owner Russ. The people who did the work and used the materials you bought are what you're paying for, which is why they have the best price compared to what other contractors charge significantly more for. I will be contacting Perfection Roofing and Siding for other home projects in the future.

To say that I was blessed the day that Nick at PRS approached me about the prospect of redoing our roof is an understatement! Although we have not had our roof redone with PRS yet, we have had an amazing experience with getting our entire house repainted, to include completing some much needed woodworking and vinyl siding repairs! Nick brought in Jacob and Vlad, awesome team members of this family-owned business, to assess and quote out a job to beautify our home. We needed work to several of our exterior window frames, soffits and fascia, and vinyl siding. They brought in Cortes and his fantastic crew and within a matter of days, not weeks, these gentlemen transformed our home. The crew from PRS worked with a level of professionalism and dedication to customer service that I honestly have not witnessed in an extremely long time. Understanding our needs and our budget, Jacob and Nick literally gave us Perfection! We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with their quality of work.

We found this company on Google and decided to give them a try because of all the great reviews. We had them replace all of our siding and paint the entire exterior of our home, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, and they delivered everything they promised. Their crew was professional, hardworking, and did an amazing job. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Vlad, our project manager. He was awesome—always quick to respond, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Russ and his crew did! We discovered extensive rot and failed flashing hidden underneath our old siding—it looks like it was never properly waterproofed when the house was built—and Russ’s team jumped right in and handled it fast and flawlessly. They tore everything down to the studs, wrapped it properly, and installed new Hardie plank, fresh trim, and a new cap before finishing it off with two coats of paint. The quality of the work is top-notch, the pricing was very fair, and it was clear from minute one that they are experts with this exact type of repair. Fast, professional, and absolutely flawless execution. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation!

Perfection Roofing & Siding replaced rotted 30-year old siding on my house and installed James Hardie plank. The work was done within 2 weeks. They handled everything, materials delivery, junk hauling, installation, painting. There were some minor problems and questions that raised, but everything was addressed and solved quickly. Excellent job!

Russ and his team provided excellent work and service at a fair competitive price for our chimney siding job. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to working with them again for future projects.

Russ is old school. But that’s good in this day and age. His crews were meticulous.

I cannot recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding enough! Before choosing them, I dealt with other companies that tried to use aggressive sales tactics, offering 'massive discounts' to make it look like they were giving me a deal by not charging triple what Perfection charged. But the kicker? Even with their so-called discounts, their prices were still more than double Perfection’s quote! Perfection was honest, transparent, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They do great work without the predatory pricing games. Highly recommend!
