My very positive review is WAY overdue! Jim replaced our roof in Carson City in 2024. The Quote was the best one of three and we liked that he was a small, local business. He installed Malarkey Vista dimensional asphalt shingles and we have been very happy since.

Jim and crew are truly the best! Although they stay very busy, they always make time for me and anybody I refer them to. I have to say that I always thought getting a new roof was, dirty, messy, and a lengthy process. I dreaded the idea of the hassle. But OMG, I just couldn’t believe my eyes! Tracey Roofing inspected our roof , and then told us all of our options as to exactly what we needed and how long it would take to replace our old roof . Viola’ they were able to get the permit from the city and took care of EVERYTHING! Next thing I know … new roof in what !? 2 days! No mess! Just total magic! Thank you Tracey Roofing ! You are the most amazing company EVER!
