  I do not recommend this company. I didn't even make it as far as getting someone to show up at my house and give me a quote for replacement or the roof max sealant service. All I got was a phone call 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment from the tech that was supposed to be here, stating that he drove by the day before and completely assessed my roof. Really?!? A drive by assessment!!! I didn't even get a quote for replacement of the roof. How do I know that he was even here? Talk about a half ass lazy company. Sure am glad I took the day off to accommodate them. Never again Mills, never again.

  2 stars only because they finally did call me and offer an inspection for a repair I am looking at. Short story is I sent 2 online inquiries on their website and left 2 separate messages via phone in a 2 week period and finally, 4 days after the most recent message, they called. To schedule, they require a $49 fee simply to give me a quote… totally ridiculous and interferes with getting second or third quotes to re roof my home. Overall, poor communication and poor business practices in my option (as a business owner).

  1 star. I wanted 2 roof vents installed, Mills Roofing said they do not roof vent installs. They did give a number for a contractor who did, however I did not get a call back. So, unless you want a new roof, DO NOT call Mills Roofing. Probably over priced since they are picky about what roofing they do.

We do the very best that we can to provide high quality service to our customers for Roof Maxx. We need to be careful to not overextend and make promises for other services that would be difficult to keep. So, as painful as it is, we have to be honest and tell people upfront when we cannot help them. Good luck with your roof vents. I hope you find a company to fit your needs.

  I believe RoofMax is a great investment. I had Mills Roofing treat my roof five years ago, and now a second time. They are very thorough in tightening up any buckled spots and flashing, etc. before applying the RoofMax. My roof is 16 years old and is still almost like new. I had solar installed recently and the solar guys couldn’t believe how old my roof actually was. Everyone at Mills Roofing are very friendly and professional. Dillen and Danny were particularly easy to work with and answered all my questions. The office also followed up very quickly to a question we had after the job was finished. I highly recommend Mills Roofing.

  What a great service to our Reno/Sparks communities. Dillen was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Kind and courteous as well. Isaac also was professional and respectful. Both communicated well and kept the premises clean and protected. We felt that this service would be a better financial option for us. They did an amazing job for my parents Dana & Michael Ellis, whom were extremely satisfied with the services provided !

  My review is not of the roofers or the roofing process because we never even got that far. I'm not sure if their front desk lady is new but she wasn't great at explaining. Essentially they want you to pay $40 for the assessment, but you can't just pay it over the phone. You have to wait for them to send an email. Then they will contact you after you pay & sign, with the date of the assessment. It's just really clunky & inconvenient so I got quotes from a few other companies & picked from them because they didn't make the process a headache.

  Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The weather didn't cooperate with what we had scheduled, but they kept up with rescheduing and got the work done when there was a break. Clean and tidy. I will recommend Mills Roofing to all my friends.
