  Called specifically bc their website says “skylight replacement”, Jason came out we spoke about the skylight told me yes they do that what to get, what I needed, all good. Told me I need a new roof, absolutely agree. Asked him to quote me for the skylight replacement and the roof just to see a cost, was told nbd we can do either, told him I might have to wait on the roof but I’d like to see a cost. A week and a half later I get a quote. I’m not prepared for the roof replacement at the moment can I go ahead with skylight? Yep, no problem, someone will call to schedule. Days later the office calls they seem confused, she wanted a deposit for the roof. I need a new quote. A few days later another call we don’t replace skylights unless we replace the whole roof. Wait, what?? Jason on the phone, I thought we were doing the roof. I specifically called for a skylight replacement not a roof. We only spoke of the roof AFTER all talk of the skylight replacement. Jason then tells me they aren’t the company for me.??? Ok. Looks like if you don’t want to spend $20k they aren’t interested. Or that I bought my own skylight, like Jason told me to do, for $50 instead of spending $1000 for their brand then they don’t have time or want small jobs. Be upfront Joes Roofing, no need to waste my and your time with the run around. I work in a vehicle wrap shop and I will def tell everyone how I was treated by Joes Roofing.

  Called Joe’s Roofing because they had completed a roof inspection before I had solar panels installed and they completed some minor repairs. I had a leak a year later and called Joe’s again and they sent someone out who spent 5 minutes on my roof and left without saying anything. Joe calls me and said my roof was crap and needed to be replaced. When I said they had been out the year before and said my roof was fine he said they never would have approved my roof. When I pulled up the invoice with the statement that the roof was sound he backtracked and said that employee no longer worked with them and my roof would still need to be replaced. Called my Solar Company who came out immediately for free and addressed the minor issue and reiterated my roof was in good condition after spending an hour looking everything over. Tsk tsk Joe’s. You lost a customer. I advise anyone considering work with Joe’s to most definitely get a second opinion.

  Joes roofing is one of the worst companies that I've ever dealt with. They didn't show up on the day and time they were scheduled. They never showed up on the second scheduled time. All phone calls and emails went unanswered. Joe just made excuse after excuse. Total lack of communication and customer service skills. I'd avoid the hassle and look elsewhere.

  After many months of pondering about how to respond to your story. I can really only say a few things. You are a company from Las vegas that sent a subpar roofing crew to reno to do a simple roofing job. They did such a bad job that you wanted to hire my company to fix your problems. The irony is your crew did such a bad job that the roof required to be redone. I only raised my voice after the countless times I refused to help you with my crews.   I set an appointment with Joe's Roofing on a weekend. Nobody bothered to show up at the scheduled time or even had the courtesy to inform me that they were cancelling the appointment. I have hired hundreds of contractors over the years and this is the first time that I didn't receive at the very least a courtesy call.

  I can highly recommend going with Joe's Roofing for all of your roofing needs. Their expertise was obvious and I didn't realize how important that was until I needed a complex roof repair and did my own research. Going with a certified roofer is the only way you should go, I chose a GAF certified roofer because it is the highest quality and has the best reputation and warranties. The crew did an awesome job, watching them work is like watching an episode of Modern Marvels. They were impressively clean for a messy job. They were also very responsive and informative, amazingly it was only a little more than 12 hours from when I spoke to them to when they were at my house starting the repair. They are also able to add insulation really cheap and easy when they have a hole in the roof which makes it cost effective. If you need a new roof or repair go with Joe's Roofing, I am sure you will be as impressed as I am. Joe's Roofing won me over as a customer for life! Thank you Joe and team!

  We had a great experience with Joe’s Roofing from the bidding process through completion of our new roof. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and followed through.   They were all very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. After accepting their bid on our project I had to inform them that I had to decline through no fault of their own. They were very professional and understanding and refunded my deposit without hesitation. Any future roofing work I need will be theirs!

  I’ve used Joe’s Roofing two times in the last year and having a completely satisfied with their work and price. Joe and staff have this down pat. First one was on a duplex. They started at seven in the morning and were done that afternoon. Second one was on a house and it was completed in one day also.
