  TL;DR Poor communication when it comes to delivery. Poor decorum when you bring up the issues that they have. They have poor work quality and when that is pointed out they do the bare minimum to fix the issue. They are trying to pack as many roofing jobs into a day as possible so minor issues get overlooked in an effort to increase job quantities while job quality suffers over all. Will never use again. They contacted me in a timely and respectful manner when I emailed them about the issues I found with the work. Will update when the repair is done The teams they have doing the work are timely but do questionable work and I suggest double checking everything them do. The office is a little questionable. I work nights and told them via email I would be dropping a check off in the morning. The person that was supposed to be there went on vacation and her replacement was an hour late. They did email me to tell me they would be late. After I made the drive from fernley to drop off $12,000. The original girl that works in the office Arielle Thompson did eventually reach out and apologize and we got that payment settled. Only for her to email me later and call me by the wrong name. Not my cup of tea as a customer personally but I guess that’s because I was raised with older values 8/24/34- Coming back to edit this review that I posted due to the company calling me in the middle of the day while I was sleeping for work to ask me about my review. As they stated I was late with some of my payments. Because I was working with my insurance company and needed them to send me checks and email me such. I told you and everyone in the office this at every turn. No one said it was an issue. Matter of fact some people joked about how long and hard it is to work with insurance. I think it’s also really weird that a Sunder Energy rep immediately ignored my no solicitation signs while your crew was installing my roof and just so happen tell me he knows the company and works with your

  Justin, Despite some back and forth between my company and yourself in trying to resolve your concerns, I'm sorry for the experience you had. We strive to provide fair pricing, clear communication, and high quality craftsmanship. We are proud of the reputation we have in the community, so if a customer feels like we fell short, we take it seriously and try to learn from it to prevent future customers from having a similar experience. With the understanding that we made a mistake in how your flashing was originally secured, we corrected the mistake, which essentially consisted of adding additional watertight fasteners. This was completed promptly and without complaint. I don't understand why you got the impression that we try to rush through jobs without regard for the quality of work performed, but part of our installer training is repeated emphasis on treating each home like it belongs to the installer, which means we don't take shortcuts and we follow best installation practices. As part of the installation that you paid for (roofs are never cheap and we appreciate that fact with every single customer that we have), you were provided with a "Golden Pledge" warranty from the manufacturer, GAF. GAF only allows us to sell this warranty because of our high installation quality and commitment to excellence. Very few roofing contractors in Nevada are approved to provide it. As part of the warranty, all workmanship errors that may occur are completely covered for 25 years, non-pro-rated. Because of this special coverage, it didn't sound right when you said that GAF canceled your warranty due to concerns about potential poor workmanship. I reviewed our warranty portal and spoke with representatives from GAF. I'm not sure why GAF's support team told you otherwise, but please rest assured that your warranty is fully active and backed up as promised by both my team and GAF.

  “It’s not about how you start, it’s about how you finish” This couldn’t be more true of my experience with this company and they finished strong! My concerns with a couple things after our reroof were met with validation, respect and immediate action. The customer service is top tier and they really demonstrated how much they truly care about their customers and the customers experience. I am a firm believer that mistakes happen but it’s how you handle them that matters most and this company has got their customers backs.

  Jorge, Junior and his crew were very professional. They showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would do. They answered all my questions and cleaned up well. They took 2 days to completely reroof, including new plywood. The price was competitive, and the roof looks great. They painted all the flashing to match the roof.

  Great customer service. Very professional. The crew was great hard working people. The Forman answered all of my questions and kept me informed about the project.   I highly recommend Mt. Vista Roof Systems. They just finished shingling my roof, and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. The price was fair, and the crew was very professional, efficient, and they cleaned up every day. John Mclaughlin, the project estimator impressed me greatly the day he came up to explain their process, and I decided to go with MVR that day. Excellent company.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about the roofing and gutter job from Mountain Vista Roof Systems. The initial estimate was done with skill and attention to the condition of the existing roof structure so there would be no surprises when the old roof was removed. He answered my questions thoroughly, even my follow up questions in proceeding days when he referred me to one of the work supervisors. Their quote was very competitive with others, but what sold me was the quality, efficiency, and professionalism of the entire office and administrative staff as well as their premium materials and warranty. The 5 man crew arrived as scheduled and made quick work of stripping the roof down to the wood. They were polite and receptive to all my questions and thoroughly cleaned up all the debris. They arrived early and on time the next day and were equally professional and efficient in installing the new roof. Before leaving they made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work and clean up. I was quite satisfied and loved the look of the new roof. The gentlemen who installed the new gutters arrived right on the heels of the roofing finishing up and installed the new gutters with the same courtesy and professionalism as the roofing crew. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
