  had to call and ask for the estimate,after a month of waiting on them to send it, was three times higher then anyone else. Individual who came out to give me estimate was very rude. not happy with them at all. and wont ever refer them

  I had my roof replaced by Town and Country earlier this year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are one of the best companies I've ever worked with, in any capacity. They did a super thorough inspection prior to giving me my estimate, including the attic and on the roof; the other companies I got estimates from either didn't check the attic or used drones to look at the roof. Nothing beats an expert's actual look at your roof and the ventilation in the attic. I worked with Doug who was absolutely fantastic. He spend several hours discussing the estimate and answering every single question I had, and I had many! There was zero pressure to sign a contract - he made sure I understood everything and then gave me as much time as I needed to compare all the estimates. The estimate itself was right in the ballpark with the others, but in fact, all the details were premium and superior to the others. Things like metal valleys, roof ridge vents where appropriate, and hot galvanized nails. All vents were fully replaced; nothing was re-used. The crew was outstanding and took great care to protect my landscaping and back deck. Some companies give you a low bid but then get you with very expensive sheathing replacement; Town & Country comes in with a very generous base number of boards and then the additional price of boards was extremely low. It made me wonder how the other companies can charge so much. Everyone is focused on the shingles but what really matters is the workmanship. And Town & Country has the highest certification possible with Certainteed. To get that certification, the roofing company has to abide by the shingle manufactures stringent application guidelines, and that, in fact, is what lets you know that you are getting the top quality work. And this allows the certified companies to offer much better warranties.   After speaking with and receiving quotes from several area roofing companies we opted to use Town and Country Roofing, Inc. The staff and crew provide great service and workmanship as well as clear communication throughout the process. Doug came out several months prior to our roof replacement to help assess a leak related to a deteriorating chimney. Prior to the start of the roof replacement, all responses to our questions were timely and thorough. Once the work began, the crew showed up on time each day and got the work done within the allotted time. We are very happy with the final product and the whole experience. Town and Country Roofing went above and beyond what we expected!

  Doug, with Town & Country Roofing, replaced my neighbor’s roof two years ago. My neighbor gave me a very good report about the service. His roof looks good so I called Doug when I needed my roof done. I have a large, two-story house with differing slopes. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. My wife is pleased with the look. Other roofing companies gave us exorbitant bids touting the quality of their materials and guarantees. The bids were excessively high due to the varying pitch of the roof. Doug looked at it and said no problem. He also matched the quality of materials and guarantees the others offered. The clean up was thorough after the roof was completed. Doug is very easy to work with, transparent and honest. It was the least stressful contracting job we’ve had performed to our 27 year old home. I highly recommend Town & County Roofing. I’m a raving fan. I was in sales and customer service for 30 years. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. The reward for a job well done is the opportunity to do more work. They’re coming out this weekend to do more for me. We have no complaints and it’s been a year since the roof was replaced. Easily a five star rating and company.

  Prices are at the upper end of the spectrum but you get what you pay for. Neighbors regularly compliment the roof. I can genuinely believe this roof will last the 50 years it is warrantied for. Good service and friendly people, as I would expect at the price I paid.
