  Mr Ciavarra, sorry you have this experience. We have never walked away from our warranty and stand behind our work. A low shot nail is a black and white issue and would be a quality issue and my team would not hesitate to fix that. Nails backing out are not low shot nails and can be caused by many issues including storms / dry rot plywood etc. Your roof was replaced in 2018 and our records indicate your last issue was addressed in 2023. I will have my team reach out to address your concerns. If it is indeed low shot nails- nails that are below the shingle line and not nails backing out - they will be repaired at no charge even if it’s past your warranty. We have and always respond to our clients.

  Ms Reed - I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. We cherish all of our clients and own when we fail. Hearing this situation means we let you down and for that I am sorry. I am not finding your name in our system so I can't find more details on what possibly happened here to offer more feedback. We are still in business and therefore your warranty is still valid for any workmanship issues. I am not saying we didn't do your roof but perhaps we have you under another name. 1" drip edge would not be code compliant / manufacturer requirements and someone should have explained that as well. Thank you for your feedback and we will strive to do better.

  Brad experience, you try to tell you that you win. Those are bad. Meanwhile, the quality of work wasn't all that I had Leaks 2 year later after the install and still have problems that had to resolve on my own

Since your warranty claim began, our team has been in touch over six times and sent multiple crews to investigate the issue. We also conducted water tests to pinpoint the cause. Based on all findings, the source of the problem appears to be your windows, which were not installed by us and were not part of the work we performed. We understand you’re frustrated with that conclusion, but we can only rely on the physical evidence gathered. As much as we’d like to help further, this falls outside the scope of our work. We truly wish the situation were different.

  We had the worst experience with this roofing company !!!! They sent a crew of 5 guys over to do the job and they really worked hard and consistent. The only problem was is that NOT one of them could speak English so communication was null…. From what we decided on with the sales person all things with the old roofing was suppose to be done so everything matched. We. 3 times the inspector in the job said yes and the no they could not do the carport so that doesn’t match which does not look good driving up to the house. The roof on the back of the house which is all screened in for our sunroom which ended up shingles BUT 2 huge whiles in the ceiling which they said their warranty company would fix ….but as of yet no call from anyone in it 🤷🏼‍♂️🙈 the inspector from the city were here today and he did NOT pass it !!   First off as a small business owner I hate leaving bad reviews, and very rarely do I leave them, but in this case I am leaving a review based on dealings with this company so other people dont have to go through the nightmare I did with this so called company. I needed a new roof for my house, i secured three quotes, I live in college park orlando. This company did not come in as the cheapest, but i chose them because they heavily advertise in the college park area so I thought they would be trustworthy. I received there quote for a little over 11k and pulled the trigger. From the moment I signed the contract there were signs this company is not organized. They lost paperwork and i had to sign the same paperwork over and over. The weird thing is a sales rep or manager or whoever he was insisted coming over to my house to sign the same exact paperwork that i signed and emailed over three times. We even had to use my own home office printer and scanner! So the project finally started and it was going good, they had a whole crew start at 7am and they didnt leave until 7pm for two days. It seems the major problems began because they didnt think the job would take more then 2 days. They said the job should take no more then 2-3 days. After day 2 they did not finish, and then on day 3 no one showed up. I had to call and ask where everyone was, then the crew showed up at 6pm and only worked for an hour because the sun went down...this went on for the next two days. It was like pulling teeth to try and get updates and an ETA on completion. They lied and lied to assure me it would get done that day it never did. On day 4 I called again and asked when it would be done and the guy i spoke too thought the job was already done. Because they dragged this project out, they only rented the dumpster for two days and then took the dumpster away. They then started throwing garbage on the floor turning my house into a disaster.. They ruined my exterior paint with tar

  I posted a review here erroneously 1 week or so ago. I mistook this company for another one with a similar name. As far as I know, they have solid reviews and are responsive given their mature response to my error. Using this as an indication as to how they do business, I recommend using them to help you with your roof! They are responsive and want to do well to stand by their work.

  I had not looked up for a while. And the nearby trees had kept on growing over the roof. Hmmm, I wonder what our flat roof looks like? My Answer was that it needed cleaning and the trees needed to be cut back. Who are you going to call? Well, I called Total Roof and am glad I did. I also resolved to not wait so long next time.

  Jose was highly recommended and did an amazing job. Sammy did a great job from beginning to end selling their services as well as following thru. The guys worked hard and had to replace . several boards and everything was done well and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them!
