  A man by the name of Derrick entered my property at 6am without my permission, while me and my family slept. This man was conned by a STRANGER who gave him permission to enter my yard. This is extremely scary that a strange man can have this much power. This was due to the company not properly verifying ownership like they should be doing. This is a serious safety issue for myself and for those you send to do a service. The next house you get sent to could be one that has protection! In the future you will be trespassed!!

  Diana, The man named Derrick that you are speaking of is co-owner and our licensed Residential and Roofing Contractor. It’s unfortunate that someone lied and requested a siding quote. Your property had no signage or gates/fences and Derrick as all our employees took the utmost care not to cause any harm. He was wearing a company uniform and driving a company wrapped vehicle that clearly identified him as being with our company. As you say he did not disturb your family. He was measuring for siding with a notepad and tape measure, while walking the exterior of the home. We apologize for the distress this has caused. If you had met Derrick in person this may have been a slightly uncomfortable conversation in your driveway with a friendly and courteous person who would have profusely apologized for the inconvenience and put you at ease with his respectful and calm demeanor. We have notified the individual that we discovered their lie and have made notes in our system so other employees do not answer calls from this individual. We have put extra measures in place to avoid this happening in the future. The real villain here is the individual who made the requests, not Derrick. Derrick is honest and hardworking. We understand this platform is a place where people can publicly voice their experience with our company - good or bad - but in all fairness your experience while distressing is not the true measure of who we are as people and business owners in the community or the services we provide. We’ve requested the platform to remove this review because we feel it is unfair, but if it remains we hope others can see what took place and not take this as a reflection of who we are as people and business owners. May you and your family feel safe and secure in your new home and we pray this individual stops their lying actions that cause conflict and strife for others.   Robert was prompt to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable. He squeezed me onto his schedule early on a Monday morning with very little notice. We needed him to do a last minute assessment on a roof tile of a house we were getting ready for sale, and then prepare and submit his documentation. All of that was done, including pictures, and was transmitted immediately by email. Robert was friendly, accommodating, and his professional skill helped keep our timeline on track. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.

  I contacted Certified Best to get advice on replacing 2 of the doors in my home. The consultant, Robert, was fabulous. He arrived on time with a smile and everything he needed to get measurements. He sat and explained the processes to me and gave me good ideas to help me choose which door to replace first. He even took his ladder from his truck to look at a concern I'd mentioned on the roof, and checked out a wall inside related to the same concern! Well above and beyond-and now I know who's going to replace my roof when the time comes. Highly recommend Robert and Certified Best.

  I have been an Architect in the Orlando area for over 40 years where I have dealt with roofing contractors almost on a daily basis. Certified Best Roofing is by far the best! Jeff Knizatko made the process of getting a new roof so easy. I have found my roofer for life.

  I highly recommend Certified Best Roofing. We are in the process of selling our home. The buyers’ inspection showed an issue with the slope of the gutters. I called Certified Best Roofing and Robert came out the next day. After a few weather delays, he came back out and made a few adjustments, wrote up a report for the buyers, and didn’t charge me anything. They just earned a customer for life for any future roofing needs.

  I got two other quotes before calling Certified Best Roofing. One company tried to tell me I needed a whole new roof, and another wanted to charge me thousands just to fix one spot. Certified Best Roofing showed up, found the real problem right away, and it turned out to be something super simple. They fixed it on the spot and wouldn’t even take payment. Seriously awesome company — I’ll definitely use them again. Update: We did end up needing a roof repair after all. Certified Best Roofing came back out right away to assess the damage and provide a detailed quote. Within just a few days, they had the repair completed at a very fair price. Their responsiveness, honesty, and quality work really confirmed we made the right choice.
