  Revildor came to my house recently to finalize a window installation by Home Depot. Their installer completed a few tasks and told me everything went well and left. After review of the windows one of the trim pieces was not fit properly and would not seat into the channel. As a result the channel was stretched open and the window-stop would not stay in place. This is obvious at a distance. After coordination, there were no appointments available for the next 3 weeks so Home Depot is having an alternate installer come in and fix Revildor's mistake. It is sad that this company refused to prioritize fixing their own mistake. Although I'm happy to have another company come in and fix the issue as the Revildor installer was not honest and left me with an obvious issue. Also, scheduling the original appointment was difficult because of no availability and I had to wait 3+ weeks for that.

  Dear Dave, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. For clarity, Revildor was not the contractor who installed the windows. Home Depot requested that we visit the property as a separate service provider to complete the final trim-out portion of the installation. It is common for Home Depot to send different authorized contractors for different phases of a project, if the original service provider is not available. At the time of our visit, the trim work was completed and reviewed on site before our technician left. We understand that you later contacted Home Depot regarding a concern. Because these projects are scheduled and managed through Home Depot, communication and service coordination typically occur through them. When a contractor is not immediately available to return, it is, as mentioned, common practice for Home Depot to dispatch another authorized installer so the customer does not have to wait. As our other reviews reflect, Revildor takes pride in being responsive and proactive in serving customers throughout Central Florida. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to speak with you directly about the concern and are not certain what information may have been communicated through Home Depot. We will be reaching out to Home Depot and also to you directly to better understand the situation and help ensure the matter is resolved.

  Would not suggest, rep came out to quote me for a new roof and was extremely rude.

My apologies if you thought I was rude, I thought I was helpful and provided good service. We are a small roofing business whose mission is to help and treat others the way we want to be treated. Me, as the owner, often go out and provide these estimates because I enjoy meeting our clients and want to introduce myself. While I am a "rep", I am the owner.   We were blessed to find Revildor, and we can not thank them enough to do our roof but most of all for their transparency and professionalism that Luis and Diana has. Their honesty make us trust them like family. Their crew workers were on time and they take pride on the work they do they care for my many plants I had around our house and they went around several times to check and pick up anything left. Luis was on site the whole time making sure everything was was as scheduled, They receive the materials on Monday and because of rain they start the next day. They finish the whole roof in a day including the cleaning up around the house next day dumpster was pick up, Friday city came for final inspection and following Monday they do gutters. Roof looks better that the one we had before. We were looking for a roofing company for a quote because our insurance claim was denied, we call Revildor and Luis came and check the roof, little that we know Luis really cares for his customers and with expertise he connects us with the right people and we had an appeal with our insurance and was accepted. Luis and Diana answered the questions we had in the whole process and wait patiently until the appeal went through. We highly recommend Revildor to anyone looking for answers about the roof when you don’t know what else you need to do. Is a company that truly listens cares and help their customers need. Revildor is a gem rare to find this days. Thank you Luis and Diana and your whole crew for your outstanding job, May God bless you every day.

  I can’t recommend this company enough! After my insurance claim for a new roof was initially denied, Luis was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire appeals process. He stayed in touch, answered my questions, and connected me with the right people to help move everything forward.   Luis and the crew did an excellent job installing a new roof, especially careful about cleaning away any debris. 2 days later, the gutters were installed, and it was another excellent experience. Contact Revildor, they made the process easy and stayed in contact, which I really appreciate.
