Unfortunately Elio is just another one of those owners who boast about having a fantastic warranty but unable to come fix a still leaking roof. With all these adjusters and turmoil over insurance in the state of Florida elio and myself are both waiting on insurance money. But unfortunately he will not honor his warranty until he gets what’s his from my insurance company. This guy is very unprofessional and I would strongly recommend finding a better company to do your business with. It’s hard to find people these days who aren’t just greedy but actually stand behind good values operating an honest company

Excellence did an amazing job replacing our old roof and adding new gutters. When I reached out for an estimate they got back to me right away and came out the next day. Danielle was amazing and so kind. We had to go out of town when the roof was being done and she kept us up to date throughout the day sending pictures. If you need a new roof call them.

Elio and Javier from Excellence Roofing Group were great! They explained everything and were very attentive to a few trouble spots I had on the roof. They answered several questions along the way without delay. The crew was fast, professional and the clean up was very good. They re-roofed the house, detached garage and a shed in less than two days. It looks beautiful! I highly recommend Excellence Roofing Group.

For several years we needed to replace our roof but all these companies coming to talk were just pushy sales people wanting us to submit claims or they would threaten us with doom and destruction. Then we spoke with Juan Carlos and there was no pressure, just a conversation about the quality and the process. They were very organized and on point. No delays nor excuses. They took care of all the permits. All timeframes were met. The installation team was awesome, clean, organized, like a well oiled machine. Everything took one day to complete and at the end of the day the only indication that major work was done was the new roof because there was not a single piece of debris. Thank you Juan Carlos and team, you were excellent and awesome. Miguel and Yolanda
