Came to my house 5 months ago and I signed contract and picked out shingles and they won't even return calls now. SO disappointed that people are so dishonest these days

Ghosted me as soon as I sent a check. They of course had time to cash the check but not send a receipt, and haven't responded in over a week. Avoid this company unless you want financial FRAUD to deal with. …

I highly advise not to do business with TPC Roofing. The representatives of TPC roofing lack integrity and are unprofessional. Added costs last minute by adding materials without my authorization. Had three different GCs and had to track them down, lack of communication.

Hello, Ms Valdes you must be confusing us with a different company. I believe the one you are looking for is Florida Premier Roofing https://g.page/r/CasvigRCdolzEAE/review Anthony & Barb transitioned to working with TPC Roofing with us. Florida Premier Roofing is still active and doing business. We did not do your roof ma'am

Edited to add: (reply to owners response, pic included so there are no edits). First, these two major hurricanes have been within the last 3 weeks, not 6. Secondarily, I was being generous of the 6 week mark... it was closer to 8 or 9. …

Ma’am, over the past 6 weeks we have endured 2 major hurricanes with peoples roofs completely ripped off. We have been helping people who are much worse off than you. Shame on you for using this against us! We asked for your patience while we help others I guess your drip entitles you to the front of the line! Update unedited to this review. I standby my comments.

We started the process in Aug ‘23. By the time all was done it was Aug ‘24. Bundles of shingles were delivered and sat on our roof for several weeks before anyone showed up to install. Metal sheeting was delivered and sat on our grass …

Ma’am, We own several offices not lease so your claim is false. Also, to my knowledge I don’t have over 150 friends to write all those good reviews. I can’t seem to find you in our system which makes me think this is either a competitor or you have the wrong company. Lastly, we are an A rating with the BBB not that I believe that really matters. I don’t understand what the issue is but here is my direct number 407-714-7333 Hello Ma'am, you have updated your review so we shall update our response. The screenshot you provided is for FLorida Premier Roofing LLC. We are TPC Roofing LLC, if you go to this link "https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/orlando/profile/roofing-contractors/tpc-roofing-0733-90761808" you will see we are BBB accredited. Secondly we have no record of you in our system. Please make sure you are trying to reach the correct company https://maps.app.goo.gl/gjfn1yc1iUuybAQY7. This appears to be Florida Premier Roofing. If you have any questions please call our office at 833-354-3577 and we will be glad to assist you.

Anthony and Barbara are fantastic! They helped with insurance with no cost to me. My roof came out incredible. And they helped me pick out colors that really made the house look amazing. Realtor said it increases the value as well. Although we are not anywhere with this beautiful roof!

My overall experience was a bit frustrating throughout the process due to insurance and some changes that happened with the roofing company. Our roof looks fantastic once it was done nine months later. Alex and Shaylee were fantastic of keeping me updated, sending emails , and helping me get things escalated. We did need painting done afterwards due to some tar and splatter on the house. After struggling for over a month to get that done, Mark quickly got painters out here right away and took care of everything for us.

I give this company an A+. Herb Ross and his team were great. I was able to reach him anytimebI had a question. He always returned my calls. My roof is finished and complete and looks great. Also replaced the gutters on my house, Renaldo and his partner did an excellent job. Very pleased with Florida Premier Roofing, highly recommend.

Sir, It’s unfortunate you are using this bad review as an attempt in getting out of paying what you rightfully should. You failed to mention that the shingles were a manufactures defect that the manufacture paid for and the entire roof was replaced. Your claim the supervisor did not check over the work is just not the case considering there is a certificate of completion from the county and the manufacture actually came out and inspected because of the issues with their product. This is also the first we are hearing about tar on the porch. I have personally made several attempts to reach you and you to date have you have not returned my calls.
