  Called on 2 different occasions & asked for someone to give me a quote. Was told by secretary someone would call me back by end of day. No one ever called. So went with a different company.

  Total Quality Roofing did an excellent job repairing a hole in my roof and replacing a skylight. They were very professional and dependable. The quality of their work was equal to their name. Jason Gold was very good to work with in making the repairs and completing the replacement skylight. I would use them again without hesitation.

  During a recent thunderstorm, high winds caused tree branches to fall and puncture and crush my roof in two areas and crush the rain gutters. I used Total Quality Roofing several years ago to re-roof my entire home. They did a fantastic job then so when I had damage, it was a no-brainer to call the company I could trust. Kevin Swartz (the owner) came by, surveyed the damaged areas, and I had a reasonable estimate in my email that evening. The completed work was sturdy, clean, and professionally done. Don't hesitate to call Total Quality Roofing for all your roofing needs...gutters, too.

  Total Quality Roofing made this very stressful situation as easy as it could be. I noticed my roof was leaking. I called Total Quality Roofing and a week later my roof was brand new!!! Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended

  Today I called about a leak that I thought was coming from the roof. Jason came out within minutes of my call. It turns out it was not a roof leak at all, he found an area that needed to be sealed and took care of it for us, even though it was not anything to do with the roof. We really appreciated the kind and quick service.

  The crew he sent out was very professional and very polite. A week after replacing my roof he came back and worked with my HVAC people to help them with my AC issue. I never felt any sales pitch pressure and the work was done ahead of their estimated on timeline.

  Total Quality Roofing was great to work with. I never felt any sales pitch pressure and Jason answered all my questions and explained all the nuances of the process. The work was done well ahead of their estimated timeline and there was nothing for me to clean up after they were gone. I would definitely recommend them.

  Even though the work was more costly than some other estimates, we went with TQR for the promise of quality and that promise was kept. However, several issues required additional action, but follow through was delayed and/or not completed in a timely manner with no reasonable explanation, ergo the lower rating overall.

  Total Quality Roofing did an excellent job on my home. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of the work really stood out. Jason Gold was great to work with—professional, honest, and clearly committed to getting things done right. The crew was efficient, didn’t cut corners, and the end result far exceeded my expectations.   Had our roof replaced by Total Quality. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, respectful group. They cleaned up every evening. Jason, the owner came by multiple times a day over seeing the work being done. They went above and beyond going up on the roof of our shop and blowing the pine straw and leaves off on the last day so everything looked nice. Was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended Jason and his crew.
