  TJ was due at my house at 1 PM and texted at 9-ish "Would you like an earlier appt?" Well, no, but I figured I could be accomodating if he needed to adjust things on his end; so I gave him the window I would be home earlier. He arrived in a rushed and rude state. I am no gutter expert, obviously, or I wouldn't be calling for assistance. He was rushing through telling me what has to be replaced but never clearly explained anything. When I asked about a down-spout, he literally looked up to the sky and murmered, "Oh my God." Welp, sorry to be asking a question that seems so obvious to you, but (again) I am the customer in need of gutter assistance. What an incredibly rude, short-tempered, impatient man. There has to be another gutter company where at least any "Oh my God" comments can be left to the internal voice and not spewed out to the homeowner. Totally unnecessary.

  Stay away from these people!!! They came out once to clean my gutters, and offered a maintenance contractor, which I accepted. Crickets after that. I had to pay thousands of dollars to repair the damage caused by their negligence. When I called, I was blown off. Nine months later I called back (figured that was long enough to wait). The office manager had to handle the call. That is not right and not fair to her. Should have at least been the person who completely misrepresented their so-called maintenance contract. Mishandled all the way.

  I like Robbie a lot, and they did an excellent job for me several years ago installing gutters at a rental house. I really hate writing this current review, but I feel that I must so you do not waste your time. I do not feel like I can honestly recommend them to anyone now. Last year they had a fellow calling prior customers to set up maintenance plans. I set one up and then cancelled. Last year was difficult financially, and I just could not do it. The man was so persistent with phone calls, etc. afterwards that I finally had to block his number. I found him to be offensive and almost felt like I was being stalked on the phone. This year I decided to do some gutter work at my home, but was not sure how much. They sent someone over and I got an estimate to clean them out and add screens. Later decided didn't want to add screens, just have them cleaned out. Could never get an estimate for that from them. Subsequently called for an estimate for the rental, never heard from them. Called and talked to Melissa. They had the estimate for the rental done, I just did not know it. She promised to email it to me that day, along with revised estimate for my home. Never received either. Called one more time and left a message with Robbie as the phone was apparently forwarded to him. Never heard from them and finally gave up. Will use someone else.

  Don't really know how this company stays in business. A neighbor was having gutters installed, I stopped and asked for a card. I called mobile number and was told to call office. I did, told them I was ready for installation, no estimate needed. Lady who took my information stated they would be at my house Thursday morning...no show. I called again, was told a scheduling mistake, and they would be there next day...no show. I gave up, called Gutter Guys and it was done the next day, no BS, no excuses.

  I felt like they did a good job with the cleaning .One note that impressed me was a part of the gutter guard came off in a storm and I had it outside. Before I could even ask them to fix it they were done with cleaning and guard was reinstalled. That's pretty cool.

  I was very pleased with my service. My gutters were cleaned as promised and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. I like being foretold when the visit will happen. They always clean up the debris and blow my driveway out, which is a job because it’s long and steep. I’m very satisfied with them.

  Our gutter cleaning was scheduled and completed as planned. We were notified in advance made contact with the rep conducting the job. All work was performed to our satisfaction and the leaf debris was managed well as always. As I have in the past, I highly recommend the Gutterhawk team work this type of work.

  Chris and crew w Gutterhawk did a great job cleaning out gutters!! Reasonable pricing, easy to communicate with for scheduling and letting me know when on way and finished job. Came home to clean gutters, clean yard, porch and driveway from any debris! Look forward to having them every three months! Highly recommend!! Thank you!
