  Ive roofed for a living before. I pointed some shortcomings of their work out to him (the owner) and he bald faced lied to me about them "working their way out" lol. Its 4 or 5 months later and exactly what I let him lie to me about is still there. If you want to be gaslighted by a roofer who is more concerned with his personal appearance than his work, go here.

  I Needed to remove my sky lights and replace with plywood and shingles. Nick came out and provided consultation, and an estimate. Their crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend for any roofing needs.

  I am a listing agent who had to schedule a roof replacement with Hartsfield Roofing for my Seller. We had a complication while the roof was being installed and we immediately reached out to OScar who is the project mger. He was very prompt in coming out, addressing the problem and thinking up of a solution for us. It finally took us several days to take care of the problem but each time, we contacted him, he was friendly, prompt and was just was determined to work with us in getting it resolved. I was very impressed and would recommend Hartsfield Roofing for your roofing needs.

  My experience with Hartsfield Roofing was great from start to finish. We had an emergency and we needed someone at our house by 12:00 PM on a Friday because a storm was coming and it was going to rain all weekend. Bren was outstanding and very knowledgable on the phone. She recommended them to secure the area and have the roof inspected the following Monday to make sure we didn’t have more issues. Nick came out the following Monday to inspect the roof. It was best for us to replace the roof then repair based on the lifespan of the roof. Before making the final decision, we had a gentleman stopped by after hours to secure the rest of the roof because another storm was coming. We were unaware of the weather change. Nick and John went above and beyond to take care of us that evening. I trusted their decisions to replace the roof. I must say after the rain we had recently I’m so thankful I do not have worry about it. Pat and Carlos were outstanding with their follow up during and after the instillation. Their work crew worked so hard and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Hartsfield Roofing.

  They were at the house quickly to assess damage from tree falling on roof. Worked with us to make repair as soon as possible. Crew was prompt, courteous and neat. Will not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others.

  Their estimate was detailed and clear, which allowed me to understand the work they would do, what I was paying for, and why various steps and materials were needed. Their service was excellent across the board—friendly and prompt, and they communicated well to keep me updated on the work. We've had some very heavy rains since they did the work late last summer and I have had no problems with the roof despite one large and several small leaks that needed repair.
