  Watched their driver go down the shoulder and make a turn through a gas station just to get back in line and cut everyone off waiting in traffic, I wouldn't trust anything to people like that.

  The representative in this truck for Lloyd Roofing was *aggressively* cutting off vehicles all WITHOUT using a turn signal in the 32223 zip code on San Jose Blvd. Plus, this truck has no license plate. From my experience, the true quality of a company can be witnessed by the respectful way they drive their vehicle. Based upon my witness to this person's driving, I would conclude this company cannot be trusted.

  We appreciate your concern and want to clarify that the vehicle you encountered is no longer owned by Lloyd Roofing. Although it still displays our former branding, the driver has no connection to our company. All of our company vehicles are fully registered and operated in compliance with the law. We hold our team to the highest standards of professionalism and safety, and we regret any confusion this situation may have caused. In the future, we will take additional steps to ensure branding is removed from vehicles before they are sold.

  Took 7 months from first call till roof installation. They left nails everywhere which popped 3 tires. 3 months later and I’m still picking them up out of my yard. Unprofessional. I suspect the men who did our roof were not here lagally. You have to go back

  If you want to put a brand new roof on old plywood this is your company! 6 months after my roof was put on, the roof started sagging and now you can see every roof beem. They refuse to fix it. And I paid extra for 30 yr shingles. Now I have to pay a different roofing company to replace my roof.

  Con artists. First when they came to give me a quote for the job for multiple properties, they tried to get my wife to sign the paperwork and misrepresented it. Then they tried to give us the wrong deductibles so we can sign and then took them forever to do any paperwork. at the very end when we decided to go with someone else they were so upset that Phil started hurling insults at me. very unprofessional.

  Horrible work! They put in a new skylight and had to come back twice due to it leaking within a 4 week period. 2 years later we have to pay another roofer to fix the mess. Lloyds did not seal the sunlight properly despite coming back twice. …

  I would highly recommend Lloyd Roofing. Dylan was great to work with. He took my call and scheduled the estimate within three days. Once I approved the estimate, the job was scheduled and completed within two weeks. The whole process only took three weeks. The repair itself was done so well, I cannot tell where the damage was. The price was very fair and all of the service was excellent. Choose Lloyd for a great roofing experience start to finish.

  I live in a 1938 brick home in Tallahassee’s Los Robles neighborhood, and when Lloyd Roofing Company removed my old roof, they uncovered major issues from the previous installation—large gaps along the brick edge, improperly attached drip edge, and more than 20 boards of rotten decking. None of it was up to code, so additional work was needed to properly rebuild the roof structure. The final cost was a shock compared to the original estimate, but Lloyd’s team was transparent throughout the process and showed me exactly what they were finding and why it needed to be fixed. They also worked with me to help soften the financial blow. Dylan, Colbert, and their crew were professional, hardworking, and clearly committed to doing the job right—the roofers even worked until after dark to finish. I now have a quality roof that’s up to code with a lifetime warranty, and the workmanship deserves five stars. My only suggestion would be better communication about additional costs as issues arise, rather than at the end of the project. Overall, I highly recommend Lloyd Roofing.

  Lloyd roofing completed a roof on our office condo a couple of weeks ago and everything worked our great. The crew started when they said they would and completed the job in 3-4 days. They also installed passive roof vents on the building.
