  Well. I was referred by Lowe’s to this company for gutter project. They claimed to be preferred contractor with Lowe’s. Did talk to representative for an estimate. We set a day. And nothing. I did call back one day after they were supposed to show up for an estimate to follow up. They said that an estimator will call me back and nothing again! Why can’t you just say you aren’t interested in my business for whatever reason? Felt like we are in Kindergarden and I stole your toy and you just don’t want to talk to me anymore. Very unprofessional! This I DO NOT recommend this company

  My roofing was completed by them on a brand new home in 2017. They had to repair the roof within the same year of it being built. Now it is leaking in the same "repaired spot" Contacting them led to a "our work is out of warranty". Included are photographs of the area where the "repair" was "completed"

  I had an appointment scheduled for November 18. Once the contractors arrived, they stated they did not have what they needed to complete the repairs and we would have to reschedule. No one called to reschedule, so we called them. My husband and I both called and left voicemails. Today, we tried calling again and still did not reach anyone. This whole situation is very unprofessional. Why would the appropriate equipment not be brought to a scheduled appointment? Why would no one reach out to reschedule or respond to our voicemails?

  Been trying to have a fan installed for over a month. All they have been telling me is that they need to speak with Domingo and will call me back. Outs been over a month and have constantly been calling with no return calls.

  Topper did our roof as a contractor. Horrible horrible horrible. The water has been pouring from front porch into one of the light fixtures and they even don't honor their warranty to come back and fix it. The roof of one of the newly constructed homes next to us was ripped off even wind wasn't that strong and afterwards the builder inspection showed that the nails that Toppers used were not long enough to hold the shingles. Please spend your money somewhere else.

  Topper Construction is a GEM! They saved me a ton of stress due to having to get entire roof replaced very quickly … Drew, Chris and John were super attentive & available and I really appreciated their swift responses to all of my questions. I could not be happier with the roofers they sent and work they did to make my place look brand new in two days, plus their cleanup was immaculate. My steep roof is not an easy fix as it includes a lot of complicated angles. I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a stellar roofing job, done on time, plus being so available for questions or concerns. True professionals without a doubt!

  I had a great experience with Topper Construction from estimate to installation. Callum was great! He explained the estimate/ project in language I could understand to make a good decision for my roof. Carlos Rojas and Chris Willoughby delivered great workmanship and a final result of amazing looking roof. Both Carlos and Chris communicated in a timely manner and kept me informed. I appreciate your teamwork on this project. Getting this project through Lowes and Topper is great for peace of mind and future follow through on guarantees. I highly recommend this company.

  Easy professionals to work with. Quick roof replacement estimate, good communication, timely install. Great installation crew--long day on a 4-story townhouse; 2-level roof with gable; excellent site cleanup. Highly recommend!

  From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience! The initial consultation set the tone for everything that followed. Callum was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Callum took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the entire process clearly. Callum's expertise and customer service were truly top-notch. The installation team was just as impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, treated my property with care, and were friendly and respectful throughout the entire project. It was obvious they take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They kept everything clean, communicated well, and completed the job exactly as promised. Thank you to the entire team for making the project a smooth and positive experience. Five stars all the way!

  Update to Review - Recently had Topper Construction install our awning and the crew did a great job in reinstalling the awning unto our roof. Highly recommend them for their integrity and workmanship. Our roof needed replacing and after getting quotes from various roofing contractors we chose Topper Construction. They used Owens Corning Architectural shingles which we wanted for quality shingles. Mark and Chris were nice to work with for coordination and scheduling. Finally, Carlo and the entire roofing crew were great with the installation. They were respectfully of our house, did a quality job and left our property looking immaculate. We highly recommend them!

  Topper construction did new siding on my garage and their work was quality and professional. I was out of town during the work and Mark from Topper sent pictures of the progress and supplied answers to all my questions.

  Callum was very informative. Was not a pressure type salesman. Answered questions in great detail. Workmen came and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I have a beautiful new roof and no mess.

  Have been working with Mark at Topper Construction for many years! I’m a general contractor myself and I know quality work. Mark is very responsive. I strictly have him take care of all my roofing needs. You should as well!

  Cliff, Mark and the crew replaced my siding and soffit. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were incredibly professional, and their guidance was crucial. I would not hesitate to use them again or, to recommend them to anyone I know. Great job! We couldn't be happier!
