Semper West repaired two broken trusses in our attic and replaced the shingles on our porch roof. Service was exceptional - communication was clear and timely, and they were very patient with providing plenty of shingle samples so I could decide on the color. The crew was on schedule, prompt, efficient and professional and the work looks good. The only complaint I have is some nail pops in the ceiling below where they were working in the attic, but that was probably unavoidable. It truly was a pleasure working with this company.

They gave me options for roofing materials and explained the pros and cons of each, so I could decide what worked best for my situation. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up my yard when they were done. They kept me informed of what was going on at every step. I have used this company before for roof repairs and siding. I highly recommend them.

I recently hired Semper West to install two new vents on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work. From start to finish, they were absolute professionals. Brian Carpenter, the President, personally handled the estimate and did an excellent job explaining the process and options. Cody Merson, their Site Manager, performed the installation. My house has new vinyl siding, which can be tricky to work with, but they handled it flawlessly. They took great care to match the existing siding, made clean cuts, and installed the vents so seamlessly that you cannot tell anything was done — the finish looks completely original. The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, and left the work area spotless. They answered all my questions and made sure I was fully satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Semper West to anyone needing exterior work, especially on homes with vinyl siding. The personal attention from Brian and the skilled craftsmanship from Cody made this a standout experience. Outstanding service and excellent results — I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

This was our “first” new roof as homeowners. We chose Semper West and did not regret. Both Brandon (Project Manager) and Brian (Site-Manager) were outstanding. They saw the project through from beginning to end. Always available and ready to answer our questions. You can tell they’re experienced and know what they’re doing.
