My sister recommended i call a roofing and gutter crew for a house i bought in Burbank. They came out within a few days to look over the roofline, gutters, and drainage setup and gave me a fair quote for the job. We were put on the schedule quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. marvin and another installer showed up on time, were friendly, and did very solid work. marvin walked me through the plan, explained how the gutter system would help move rainwater away from the house, and made sure everything fit the roof edge and front entry area well. They also cleaned up the work area when they were done, which i really appreciated. Roger also suggested adding a simple rain chain near the front overhang to improve drainage and give the entry a cleaner look. They helped me find a basic option and installed it without any trouble. The finished work looks great, functions well, and has already made the home feel more complete. I have been very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to friends needing roofing or gutter work in Burbank.

This roofing company has been my trusted choice in Burbank for a long time. As a realtor, I regularly meet homeowners who need roof repairs, a full roof replacement, leak checks, or a second opinion after a home inspection. I confidently …

i had three roofing quotes before i reached out, and i was impressed right away by their clear and honest approach. i already knew what i wanted for the new roof and skylight, and their estimate matched the same roofing materials, the same labor, and a price that fit my budget. there was no back and forth or sales pressure because the bid was fair, easy to understand, and much more straightforward than the other roofers i had spoken with. the whole roofing process went smoothly from start to finish. the crew arrived on time, worked hard through the day, and completed the roof and skylight installation that evening. the next morning, derek met with me to walk the roofline, review the finished work, and make sure everything looked right. the workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was solid, and the new roof and skylight look great. i am very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends for roofing work.

My home and roof were repaired by a roofing contractor, and they did an excellent job. They fixed the roof issues and stopped the leaks that were affecting the inside of my home. The crew improved the roof slope and corrected the low spots where water and debris used to collect, which helped create much better drainage and overall roof performance. Compared with other roofers I had worked with before, this team really listened to my needs and concerns and made sure the work was done the right way. Instead of rushing through the project, they focused on the details, used a careful approach, and completed the roofing work the way it should be done. Their communication throughout the job was clear and professional, and they made the whole process much less stressful. I also appreciated that Marvin stopped by each day to check the progress, answer questions, and make sure everything on the roofing project was handled properly. He also made it easy to work through the insurance claim process, which was a big help. I highly recommend this roofing company for their quality workmanship, attention to detail, and reliable service.

We bought our home knowing the roof would likely need to be replaced before too long. After a few months, we spotted a leak and figured the roofing system was the issue. They came out the very next day to inspect the roof, and the whole process went smoothly from there. Roger was detailed, professional, and took time to explain our roofing options in simple terms. We were able to get scheduled for a full roof replacement and new gutters within a short time, which was a huge relief. The crew did quality work, kept the job site organized, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Derek was on site each day, giving us updates and answering questions, which made us feel confident throughout the project. The communication, workmanship, and customer care were excellent from start to finish. Our new roof and gutters look great, and the whole home feels better protected from sun, heat, and rain. We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend their roofing service.

If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly do it for Top roof's inc. because of the fast first response and the very professional work on our tile roof replacement. Our home had a steep, curved driveway that made delivery and roof loading tricky, so the crew used smart planning and roofing equipment, including forklifts, to move the tile safely and place it on the roof. Even with those challenges, there was no damage to the landscape lighting or the trees along the driveway. The jobsite was kept neat every day, and the clean up after each workday was thorough. The crew was always helpful when we needed access to our vehicles, and they were courteous and responsive whenever we had questions during the roofing project. When rain was in the forecast, Derek quickly added more workers so the roof installation could be finished a day ahead of schedule. Before leaving, the crew also painted the exposed metal flashing and power washed the driveway. Excellent roofing service from start to finish, and highly recommended.

We needed a new roof installed fast because of active leaks, and Top roof's inc. got the roofing project scheduled much sooner than we expected. Even with the warm summer weather in Burbank, the crew stayed on track and finished the roof replacement in about a day and a half. The new roof looks great, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Every roofer and office team member we spoke with was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They also did a thorough cleanup and left the yard free of nails and debris. Their helpful attitude and clear communication made it easy to choose them, and we would absolutely recommend them for any roofing job.

we hired a roofing company to remove our old metal roof and install a new metal roofing system. after several years, a few roofing issues came up outside the warranty period. i reached out to the team, and derek and marvin responded right away. derek came to our home in burbank quickly, shared his direct number, and stayed easy to reach throughout the whole process. they took the time to inspect the roof, explain the problem areas in simple terms, and go over the repair plan clearly. even though the roof concerns were past warranty, they were willing to do what was needed to make things right. my wife and i were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and commitment to standing behind their roofing work. in the end, all of the roof problems were fixed properly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. it is not always easy to find a roofer that is responsive, honest, and skilled with metal roof repair, but this crew really delivered. we highly recommend speaking with derek and marvin if you need roof replacement, roof repair, or any other roofing service in burbank.

marvin came out and found two small roofing issues on my roof. i had to wait about two weeks before scheduling the repair, and once the time came they sent a two-man roofing crew. these guys worked hard for around seven hours and fully fixed both problems. they had also installed my roof many years ago, so it was great to have the same roofing company handle the repair work again. the crew was respectful, careful, and professional the whole time. they protected my property, cleaned up well, and left behind no nails, no plywood scraps, and no shingle pieces around the yard or driveway. with my dogs, i really appreciate having no debris around the house. that same clean and careful approach stood out when they did the full roof installation before, which is rare in this kind of work. very happy with the roof repair and would use them again.

Top roof's inc. gave an outstanding response on our roofing and gutter project. ben was very professional and hands-on throughout the job. The crew finished a large roof in about a day and a half, which felt very fast, and the installers stayed focused and did quality work from start to finish. Soon after, the gutter team came out and also did a great job, making sure everything matched the new roof and improved the overall look of the home. We had a couple of very small touch-ups to handle, but derek kept us updated the whole time and made sure the final details would be completed. He supervised the job site, checked in with us often, and made sure we were happy at every step. The roof line looks clean, the gutters came out excellent, and the whole process felt organized, smooth, and professional. i highly recommend them for roofing work.

Roger and his crew were excellent from start to finish. I got four estimates for a partial roof replacement on an older home, where one section had a very old roof and another section was newer. Roger suggested the smartest approach by including part of the newer addition roof so the tie-in and overall roofing system would work better. Even with that added scope, the estimate was still the best value out of all the roofing bids I received. The roofers completed almost all of the work in one day and came back briefly to wrap up a few final details. Soon after, we had heavy rain, and the new roof performed exactly as it should with no leaks at all. The crew was friendly, responsive, and worked hard the entire time. Roger was also easy to talk with, professional, and clear about the whole roofing process. He delivered everything he said he would, and the quality of the roof replacement made the cost feel well worth it.

Owning a home is rewarding, but roofing work can still feel stressful. This roofing team made the whole roof replacement process much easier for us from start to finish. Marvin was friendly, helpful, and kept us updated the entire time through calls, texts, and emails, so we always knew what to expect. He also walked us through shingle color options and explained the differences, which really helped us choose the right fit for our home in Burbank. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and treated our property with care and respect. They finished the full roof in just two days, and their workmanship was impressive from tear-off to final installation. They paid attention to details, kept the job moving smoothly, and did a thorough cleanup around the house before leaving. Our neighbors even noticed the quality of the new roof and asked who did the job. We had a great experience and really appreciate their honest service, strong communication, and beautiful roofing work.
