Bryan's Roof & Gutter

The only one or two-star review we hold for Bryan's Roof & Gutter.

Suggested the company due to great reviews on Google to my mother-in-law and she’s always happy to support local. Scheduler said someone would come out to take a look at her gutters for an estimate on cleaning and potential replacement. On day of service, no calls and no one showed up. Called office and said they would reach out, never did.

i highly recommend this roofing company for anyone who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement. leo was very respectful, experienced, and patient while explaining the whole roofing process in simple terms. the crew arrived on time as promised and finished my new roof in just one day. the cleanup was also very thorough and professional, with every nail and old shingle piece removed from my yard and garden areas. i also appreciated the extra care during the project, since i have a large outdoor dog that needed to stay safely put away while the roof work was going on. leo even stopped by to check on her while i was at work, which really showed how thoughtful and dependable the team was. overall, the roofing service was smooth, efficient, and very caring.

Leo came out to inspect our roof and was very courteous, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He was honest about what did not need to be repaired, and I really appreciated that. It is rare to have a roofing professional check an area of concern, carefully look over the shingles, flashing, and roof condition, and then clearly explain that there is no real issue instead of trying to sell extra work. That kind of honesty shows real integrity. After that first visit, we felt confident moving forward with more exterior work, including a full roof replacement, new gutters, siding, exterior doors, attic insulation, and window updates. The whole crew was professional, organized, and skilled, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. They communicated well, kept the project moving smoothly, and made the entire process stress-free. Everything looks great, and you can tell they care about quality and doing the job right. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs dependable roofing and exterior home work at a fair price.

I called about adding solar roof vents, and the roofing team walked me through the job, answered my questions, and scheduled the appointment right away. Everett and Leo arrived on time, were polite, careful, and kept the work area clean from start to finish. They matched the existing shingles very well and installed three solar roof vents with solid workmanship. The whole roofing project was handled just as promised, and the price was very fair for the quality of the work. The new solar vents are working great and should really help with attic airflow and keeping the roof system vented in the heat. I was very happy with the service and would gladly recommend this crew to neighbors or anyone needing roof vent or shingle work. If the rating scale went higher, they would deserve it.

Everett was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and patient, and we were impressed right away by his roofing knowledge and clear advice. Bryan's Roof & Gutter replaced our roof and gutters after storm damage, and the crew worked quickly and completed both the house and garage in one day. They kept the project moving smoothly, explained the roofing process well, and made everything feel easy. After the install, I noticed a few nails and small bits of debris in the yard and driveway, but Everett came back promptly with a magnet to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. Leo handled the gutter work efficiently and installed large new gutters that look great and drain water much better. The new roof and gutter system have really improved the home’s appearance and function, and Everett also worked directly with the insurance company, which saved us a lot of time and stress.

After a severe storm damaged my mom’s roof, she asked me to help since i had recently gone through a roof replacement myself. When i inspected it, the damage to the shingles, flashing, and gutters was much worse than i expected. We called a few roofing contractors and decided to move forward with Everett because he was honest, clear, and easy to talk with. I already understood the insurance claim process pretty well, and Everett explained each step in simple terms, which made everything even smoother. He answered our questions directly, went over the roofing contract carefully, and helped us feel confident about the whole project. Not long after signing, her new roof and gutter system were completed, and she really loved the shingle color and the finished look of the house. The roofing crew did quality work, stayed on schedule, and completed everything just like leo explained, with no surprises. We also appreciated how well they cleaned the yard afterward, especially because she has pets and did not want stray nails or debris left behind. The whole experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free, and we would absolutely use them again for roofing work in the future.

Bryan's Roof & Gutter has an outstanding roofing team. They are a family-run business that does quality roof and gutter work, and I was very glad they answered quickly when I called about a roof leak. Strong winds had lifted part of the shingles and let water get underneath, which led to a leak in my daughter's room. They came out fast, found the issue right away, stopped the leak from getting worse, and then helped guide me through the insurance process so the roof could be properly repaired and eventually replaced. Everett made sure our home got the roofing service and repairs it needed, and Leo was excellent about keeping me informed through each step of the project. The scheduling was smooth, the roofing crews arrived on time, and the workmanship was professional from start to finish. They clearly knew what they were doing, from leak detection and emergency roof repair to full roof replacement. It was refreshing to work with a team that handled everything with skill, care, and no stress. I would gladly use them again for roofing or gutters and would definitely recommend their services.

Everett got in touch with me about the storm damage on my roof, and we went over everything in a clear and simple way. He explained the insurance process, looked over the roofing issues carefully, and helped get approval for a full roof replacement. The new shingles were a better quality than the original builder-grade roof, which gave me a lot more confidence in the long-term protection of my home. The roofing crew from Bryan's Roof & Gutter worked fast and did solid work removing the old roof and installing the new one. The whole job moved along smoothly, and they paid attention to cleanup when the work was done. Everett also helped me deal with the insurance paperwork and payment process, which made a stressful situation much easier. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend reaching out if you need help with roof storm damage, roof replacement, or insurance support. Very professional from start to finish.
