  This contractor contacted me several times in the spring to get me as a client. Each time, I told him I wasn't ready yet, that things would be better at the beginning of summer. I finally told him I was ready and made a few changes to a quote that had been done the previous year. Then, they suggested modifications, including higher-quality shingles. Mr. Poiré called me to say he was rejecting his son's quote, which I had already signed, because he wanted to modify it. He suggested a modification, and I told him I would think about it and call him back to discuss it. I called back the next day, and they told me they no longer wanted to do the quote because there had been too many changes. I was really surprised and didn't quite understand what had happened. I asked the woman if I could speak with him, but she told me he wasn't available. I received an email saying they were closing my file. That's it! I leave it to you, dear well-informed buyers, to form your own opinion.

  I would have preferred not to go into the details of your quote on this page. However, I am obliged to do so. We provided you with an initial quote in May 2017 for a complete roof replacement. Subsequently, five more quotes followed for the same house, as you ultimately wanted to have it replaced section by section. You signed the May 2017 quote in June 2019. You sent it by email. Please note that quotes are only valid for 60 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope your roof replacement went smoothly. Thank you and have a good day!

  Very disappointed filled their online form with no feedback. Only after calling they gave me an appointment the guy called and then refused to show up because he told me the job was too complicated...what kind of roofer are you then if you pick and choose the easy jobs ....

  On April 19, 2024, Poiré et Fils came to redo my roof. I always wait a year before giving my opinion. I can confirm that after 15 months, a personal inspection of my roof today showed that everything was in order. The joints are properly in place and there are no leaks. The strainer is doing its job perfectly. A reliable company.
