Unprofessional. I write this as a neighbor of a house in Chambly this company did the roofing for. The issue is that they started work before 7 am (about 6:40 am was when I woke up) using heavy equipment that generates a lot of noise. It was frustrating, leading to lost sleep and poor quality day. Would you trust your home with a company that plays fast and loose with basic regulations?

Hi Dario, Sorry for the early noise. I understand how frustrating that can be. We usually fallow city’s rules on work hours, we never make noise before 7:00. We work really hard and 1/5 is very unfair. 5145813928

Had the roof done by Bouda but it had to be torn off while still under guarantee which only covers the shingles - there is no reason for a roofer to check whether the insulation is adequate. I would not recommend this company for an old house. They only know how to install shingles which was done well but they missed the installation of the third vent. A general contractor is a better choice.

They're doing work on a house across the street from mine. What a joke. There are two of them just going around in circles. Hours to finish one corner! They can't even take measurements. I wouldn't hire them for anything!

  A ridiculous opinion.

After we did an appraisal and accepted a deposit, they stopped answering our calls because they realized the appraisal was too low and they wanted to make more money. After almost two weeks without any news, they finally contacted us to say …

Hello Sir, As you know, we are a young, rapidly growing company. At that time, we had trained a representative, and unfortunately, in your case, he significantly underestimated your project. I tried to explain why we had to withdraw. We are sincerely sorry for having backed out; it's not in line with our values. We understand your dissatisfaction, but we would like to put things into perspective: no harm has been done to you. I hope you have found a good contractor to carry out your work.

Toitures Bouda did my roof and my garden shed roof and I can say I would recommend them to anyone. Services was spectacular and the guys working on the roof were great. Clean up was great we are extremely satisfied with the whole Team, Patrick, Tom and all the others Thank you again. I do want to say they were the only contractors that wanted to see the attic out of all my quotes so they know to prepare for the day and what they need. Excellent team.
