  Hello, We are sorry to hear about the situation you experienced. However, we would like to clarify that this comment does not concern the quality of our roofing work or the professionalism of our service. As part of this project, a temporary parking area was reserved in accordance with the municipal permits obtained. The signage was installed within the regulatory timeframe, and all the information was validated by the relevant authorities before the violation notice was issued. For the sake of transparency, we also provided photos of the sign installation and the permit information when requested. We understand that the person who received the notice may be dissatisfied with the situation. However, it is clear that this comment stems primarily from dissatisfaction with the violation issued by the authorities, and not from any problem with our services or the quality of our work. The notice in question was issued because the applicable regulations were not followed by the person concerned, while we, for our part, had complied with all municipal procedures and obligations. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, this situation is unfortunately beyond the control of Toiture Union.
