We received a quote for roof repairs and the installation of a CT-4. When we called to follow up and sign the contract, the representative informed us that the price would increase without a valid reason. Unfortunately, due to the delay in receiving what was presented as a priority service, the company's lack of follow-up, and the unilateral modification of the contractual agreement, we do not feel comfortable entrusting PC Qualité Toits with the requested work on our roof. We have therefore cancelled our contract.

Hello Lyubomir, firstly, we are sorry that you did not have the best experience with us. As we explained, the delays were caused by the search for shingles to repair your roof. Your roof was installed with Dakota shingles in Amber, which … More

I live in st hubert, this company did the roof on my apartment building first of all they left the job incomplete and not secure and that night we had rain and due to their daulty work the 2 top floors got water damage. The work was completed improperly by this i mean it wasnt level and it didnt drain properly, then when we questioned them about the huge puddles of water the secretly came back at night and drilled holes to “help” anyways this was 2 years ago and i have to redo it because they left rotten wood under the “new roof” so be careful if you want a flat roof done by this incompetent company. I have pictures and i cant even add all of the to portray the in cometence ex: leaving the bottom layer of old wood then place not screw but place shims under the wood to try and make it level. Improper draining material ,etc the list goes buyer beware

I highly recommend them! Super professional team, very competitive price. Follow-up and punctuality were impeccable. They protected the ENTIRE perimeter around the house, including the pool, with tarpaulins, leaving the area spotless. The after-sales service was very efficient! A solid 10 out of 10.

PC Qualité Toits was recommended to me by a former roofer for the quality of their work. They replaced the bitumen-gravel coating on our flat roof with a TPO membrane. Every aspect of their work deserves praise, including the price. The job …

We had old vents removed, a new one installed, and new sanitary vents fitted to fix our water leak problem in the attic. We received a quote beforehand. The work was done well, in about 2.5 hours. The price was reasonable, and the staff were honest with us.
