  TKPA Roofing did the roof on my next door neighbors rental property. During the process, they pulled the plastic protective stripping cover off of a every shingle and threw them off the roof. Our neighborhood has picked up hundreds of these plastic pieces of trash, and months later, we're still finding them. Beware hiring this company unless you want your neighbors to despise you. Horrible business practice, horrible for the environment, and horrible for customer relations.

  Contacted Eric reference to getting a leak fixed. He advised me he would come out after lunch on October 3rd. I called him back around 5pm that evening and he stated he was busy but was still coming out within an hour. Two hours later I get a text telling me traffic is bad and he couldn't make it out that day. I attempted to text him the following day to see when he could come out and have gotten no response even though the text shows “read.” Did not even have the decency to respond. I understand this isn’t a big job and Im sure I took backseat to bigger and higher-paying jobs, but you have to take care of the smaller jobs too if you care anything about your reputation. Tells me all I need to know about this company. I ended up wasting a day and a half waiting around the house when I could be calling someone else that is willing to help. Thanks for nothing.

  These guys are really good. I replaced the shingle roof on my garage with metal and could not be more pleased with the quality and timeliness .

  Phenomenal service. Had them replace our siding and replace a lot of the old rotted wood behind our old siding. We also had them redo our front porch railing and added gutters to the house. Every thing looks good as new and not once did I …

  After a storm caused shingle damage to our roof, TKPA Roofing was an absolute lifesaver. They responded quickly and made temporary repairs right away, securing the areas where shingles had blown off to prevent further damage. From that first visit on, everything was smooth and professional, we cannot say how helpful and professional Jason was. What truly set them apart was how thoroughly they walked us through the entire homeowner’s insurance process. They explained each step clearly, answered every question, and handled the coordination so we never felt overwhelmed. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish—timely updates, clear expectations, and zero surprises. On installation day, the crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They took great care to protect our plants and shrubs, treated our property with respect, and did an incredibly thorough cleanup when the job was done. You honestly wouldn’t have known a large roofing project had taken place—except that the roof now looks perfect. The entire experience was stress‑free and far easier than we ever expected.   Couldn't be happier with my brand new roof. From initial inspection and estimate by Jason to my conversations with Tiana at the "front desk" and with the owner, Eric were always professional and customer service oriented. Never hesitated to answer any question I had along the way. The crew showed up as scheduled and made short order of removing, repairing and installing the roof components with attention to quality and detail. I have other projects coming and TKPA will be the first I call. Much thanks to all of you!

  This was a terrible roofing warranty experience but Repairs were finally made. TKPA Preservation did not do the original installation. The work they did was absolutely wonderful, very professional and had outstanding communication. I expressed my concern with nails because my horse has free roam of the yard and they went above and beyond to ensure the nails were collected. My roof looks great and I recommend any and everyone to do business with this company.
